We had a fabulous stay! The resory is so wonderful and easy to get around even though every area seems private. We thoroughly appreciate the staffs attention and that they did everything they could to accommodate us. Thank you!

We stayed at this resort at the start of our Phiippines trip and chose to return when we had a hotel cancel 1 night due to hurricane Kristine.

Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you could want or need during your stay. Only issue I had was the ATM I think ran out of money. So as a foreigner, I couldn’t get pesos small thing only no reflection on the staff or service

The ocean breeze is the best seller for me. The room I reserved was like a bungalow with furnishings that remind me of home but because of my usual time zone can’t sleep during my stay. Staff was generous in supplying me with coffee pods and a half off the buffet. Had great service from AUM spa. Back to coffee which I can’t live without. It was a struggle to make coffee out of nespresso machine because of the supply of generic pods. Overall it’s a nice place to relax.

when i travel i usually stay at 5 star resorts.. so I don;t have to worry about amenities and or food quality.... The first thing i ate at the so call 5 star resort after being there an hour gave me food poisoning and ruined the first 5 days of our vacation... would have been better off getting a burger from jollie bee

Very friendly staffs, always greet with smile, very helpful and amazing service. They offer various types breakfast, we had great time at resort.
However, there is a problem from resort to cebu main city. It’s quite far, especially in rush time. Resort offer free shuttle rides, but not at anytime, if doesn’t want to have limited time to go and back, better to book a private ride.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Crimson Resort in Mactan. The property is beautifully lush with greenery that overlooks the beach. We felt relaxed and zen in our villa suite, and the bed was so comfortable. There were also plenty of dining options. The food in each of the restaurants were tasty and well presented. The staff were also truly remarkable, in sync, and so kind which made our experience all the more grand. We highly recommend Crimson when visiting Cebu!

Filipino hospitality exuded by every single employee across the resort. Beautiful grounds and pools and beach, good restaurants, bountiful breakfast, comfortable room and spacious bathroom. I took advantage of the spa and got an excellent massage (along with steam room and sauna). And altogether good value for tge money.

Crimson was absolutely amazing, I got to stay here with my team and everyone had an amazing time. I want to give special recognition to our Villa host Diana N. for being incredible and making my stay perfect. 10/10 will recommend and would stay here again!

We had an amazing experience! Staff were on top of things and they went above and beyond so our stay would be enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

The deluxe room where we stayed needed some repairs (esp the bathroom) but the place was very clean and well-kept otherwise. Food very expensive. Breakfast was fabulous.
The staff are AMAZING and make all the difference. The guy who managed the beach area was particularly great!

To begin with, what is the point of adding the “spa” at the end if there is no spa available.
Paying a premium for this is not worth it. Unable to use the spa for treatments/jacuzzy was such a disappointment.
Furthermore, not all the restaurants advertised were open…
Phone lines were down the whole stay. We had to literally walk to reception each time we wanted to request anything to eat or drink.

Crimson Resort might be the best resort we've ever stayed at. If I could give Crimson 10 stars, I would. Being a VIP expedia, every single staff made sure that we were looked after. We got a free room upgrade, free late check out and so much more. The staff are courteous and very accommodating. Crimson is located quite far from malls. You'd need a car to get around. We tried all 3 restaurants and all of them are very good. Breakfast is like fine dining. Restaurants and room service are on the expensive side which we already expect. However, the servings are pretty good. If we're ever back in Cebu, there's nowhere else we'd rather be. I will be recommending Crimson to family and friends. Good job to all the team
