Grate hotel

We stayed in a suite on the 8th floor. It had a separate bedroom and the second bed was a fold out couch. As expected the fold out couch wasn’t very comfortable but the space was amazing. Way more room than we needed. We loved the place!

Got a room here for the F1 race, everything was great. The washroom in my room was really nice.

As an American, the property was very accommodating for our lacking French. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from the metro, the parking garage under the building is $20/Can ($15 USD) daily. The free breakfast buffet is very good. Hotel is clean and recently renovated, in 2023 according to staff. Would absolutely stay here again for convenience and comfort.

We had an amazing stay. Staff were wonderful, room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, absolutely spotless and the balcony was wonderful. Breakfast each morning in the dining room was delicious and wait staff friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to go back!

Fave hotel in montreal

Great place to stay in Montreal. Beautiful room, nice deck for fresh air and it’s in a great neighborhood. Breakfast is a treat too. We’ve stayed here a couple of times and will come back on our next Montreal trip.

It was very convenient to the hospital where we were visiting from out of town. Staff very helpful. Wanted to dine there one evening but it was full.

Pricey but worth it

Nice place but the included breakfast was just ok. Cant just grab a coffee to go or take breakfast back to your room to enjoy on the balcony. Basically a serve yourself breakfast but servers bring you the drinks; coffee, juice etc

Stayed in a junior suite. The room was cleaned and spotless each day. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well located with parking and a metro in the building. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and bars. Breakfast has a nice choice of high quality options.

The Hotel de l'ITHQ is in an ideal location halfway between the plateau and the center city, making both walkable. There are a number of great restaurants in the neighborhood and it is above the Sherbrooke subway station. The rooms are very nicely appointed and the balconies make the space quite enjoyable. There are a small number of rooms, so reception service is sometimes understaffed.

Was a great room, easily walkable to the metro and nearby restaurants

The room is great - spacious and a comfortable bed and a balcony with a nice view over the city. Nice cosy bathroom, but the lighting needs attention as there’s not enough light in the bathroom. I was almost showering in the dark. Breakfast is included which is rare in Canada, but the choices are limited. Also the hot food is made in a huge amount before service starts, which is ok at the start, but after 2 hours the scrambled eggs look nothing like eggs and are tasteless. At least it was free, as I wouldn’t have paid. At breakfast I asked for an Americano, but was told I can’t have it unless I pay extra! I could only have the lukewarm filter coffee for free. Overall the hotel is very quiet, as there’s only rooms on 2 floors (out of 8), about 25 rooms.its also a training school for hotel staff. Staff are friendly and competent. I’d stay again if back in Montreal.
