The scenery from the window was splendid.

Great location, very convenient when you don’t bring anything from home, cause you can find anything you need downstairs.

Although we arrived in the middle of the night, we were able to check in pleasantly without any problems regarding the reception and service. However, it was difficult to find the description of the room (hotel), and although the wifi was said to be free, we could not find the password or ID. As a result, we connected to the website from the QR code on the bedside to check. Also, the wifi is not locked with a password, making it too free to connect. In addition, there were many complaints about the facilities, such as the lack of curtains, which did not close the gap, making it visible from the outside, and the lack of a washlet. Finally, the fragrance of the shampoo and body soap provided was too strong for my liking. If asked if I would stay there again, unfortunately, it is highly likely that I would not choose to do so.

Nice and clean hotel. Spacious room and bath room. Wifi is ok. Bed sheet and every things are clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel attached to a shoppoing centre. You can have any thing yu want. The breakfast in hotel is very nice. It is mainly Indonesia food. You can have most of the famous Indonesia food here and no need to try in the oether restaurant. They change part of the manu daily. Although there is only little weatern and asian food. But still ok. I am very satisfy with the breakfast.

it was a good and comfortable stay

The hotel was super convenient located in the mall. I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. Easy access to get some foods and easy to go anywhere in the city. Staffs were super nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to fix the water shower. It turned cold and hot during shower on its own. Overall iam very satisfied with my stay.

The room is too dark at night. I booked a suite for 2 people. Toiletries are only provide one person. The vegetables in the salad bar at breakfast were not cleaned.

Harris Suites is best for business travelers. It’s strategically located and other nearby malls are within 10-15 minute walk. fX Sudirman is multipurpose and has many restaurants also so one does not really have to go out to eat. My only concern is that Harris Suites should change its towels - they are worn out already.

Room service was below average, took more than 30 mins to deliver a towel and water, and did not respond again on the ironing board despite informing it will be delivered an hour later.

There were some ants in my first room. Luckily the staffs helped me to solve the problem. Overall the the room is tidy. Staff are nice and helpful. Visitors can easily go to the coffee shop, restaurants, and supermarkets downstairs.

Harris Suites is located inside the fX Mall. Although a lot of restaurants inside the mall have closed shop, Plaza Senayan and Senayan City Mall are within walking distance. Harris Suites must replace their towels - they are frayed, worn out and do not look white.

I think hotels.com platform ain't communicating well with the hotel.. I cancelled the hotel once and the hotel did not know about it.. luckily they are kind enough to not charge me. Next, I requested for non-smoking room but was given smoking room. Front desk was fast to change my room the next day. Breakfast can be better if I know how to assemble the local dishes. Front desk was friendly, I appreciate their in person service. Location was good for people visiting the convention center. Cleanliness can be improved. Lower levels seems to be cleaner than higher floors.

The hotel made efforts to email asking for pre-arrival preferences which I gladly replied requesting for two rooms with queen bed on same floor at higher level on quiet location. A simple thing I thought, but front desk put one room on 45th and second on 15th next to elevator. What don't they understand or am I not communicated properly? Go figure. I must say they did rectified it and moved the second room to 45th floor after several follow up calls and email to Hotel.com on check in experience. The location is good for my trip purpose and availability of restaurants at the building. Room is clean, but linens are old and worn especially towels. Very basic stuff provided, hotel don't have rack for luggage. Staff has good attitude and polite.

Property is located within a mall. Very convenient for food and shopping, although the mall doesnt open until at least 10am. The room I was provided had a loose shower head, which broke apart with even the slightest attempt to move it. Air conditioning in the room (1211) was also faulty, and it only managed to get cold in the evening when the sun is down. The hotel restaurant is located in the mall outside the hotel, so you have to exit the hotel and take the mall lift to the 5th floor. Although food selection is not fantastic, the service in the restaurant is very welcoming - I like! Room amenities are replenished daily. Sufficient power point for business folks devices but the chair is not so comfortable. WIFI speed is acceptable but at times (evening/night) it is very slow.

Fantastic location. Close to the business areas of Jalan Sudirman. Easy procedure for checking in and check.Security was also commendable

Good location in central Jakarta, hotel just located on top of a large shopping mall with all sorts of food.

I was there for 2 nights attending a friend wedding in Jakarta. My first time visiting the city and to stay at this lovely hotel is indeed a good experience for me. Friendly staff. Shopping mall is in the same building. I feel safe. Clean and spacious room. Wifi connection is good but can be better.. Overall its a good stay for me. Definitely will come back again.

As others noted the hotel is conveniently located on top of a modern shopping mall with cab stand outside to take you around the city. The room I had was large and on the 45th floor with great views through floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed with multiple pillows, free bottled water everyday, modern finishings, good room service and friendly staff at the front desk. The hotel is well priced and not the Ritz Carlton, keep this in mind and you will enjoy your stay.

Stayed 4 nights. The hotel was at good locations and in the FX Surdirman Shopping Complex. Used Grab car to move around. Enjoyed the trip.

Conveniently located hotel with spacious room

Not including breakfast because the hotel is in the mall, I can understand, but this makes the hotel more expensive compared to other budget hotel with spread buffet breakfast. It would be OK for those business travelers who run-out-of time in the morning.

Good comfortable stay

Pretty good. Just bit loud in the night, maybe in the same building there is night club.

I wanted a hotel close to my business engagements which was reasonably priced yet clean and comfortable. Harris delivered as they advertised! very satisfied with check-in etc as well.
