This was the second time I had stayed. I've always been exceptionally well by any staff member. The room was clean. The restaurants food is too notch

Very cool vintage castle like hotel close to Cleveland Clinic. We enjoyed our stay and the room was really nice and also clean. Has a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Convenient parking but there is a charge for that.

The place was stunning and the staff were amazing, however the breakfast buffet definitely not worth 18 dollars that food tasted so bland like it was seasoned with hopes and prayers. We had so much better just at the complementary breakfast places so paying 18 dollars I would expect a lot more. The mirrors in the rooms are only made for tall people not for people 5’5 and shorter so if you do come here bring your own mirror. There are no mini refrigerators in the rooms and the rooms were not that clean. I feel for what you pay for the rooms they should be top notch because I have definitely stayed in way cheaper hotels with better housekeeping food and amenities.

Bed had long dark hairs in it, I am blonde, at least 6 dead insects on the windowsills in our room and the floors were filthy. After a shower I went to grab my clothes and my feet were black. Hopefully the lady getting married there didn’t drag her wedding dress on her floor. I had to take my shoes to the washroom wash my feet again and put them on immediately. The only nice thing was Fred at the desk who checked us in and out. I left the room without tipping and stripping the beds etc which I normally don not this time.

People working the desk were plainly unfriendly. It was as if they were being put out doing me the favor of checking me in, etc. The drivers and the waitress at breakfast were personable, however.

I go to Cleveland for my kid’s school. This hotel is affordable, close to the school, room is spacious, and parking at the hotel is easy to use (ground level and spacious). It meets all my needs.

This is our FAVORITE Hilton hotel. We stay every August and the staff, rooms and transpiration us EXCELLENT. The staff always smiles and is polite. Very respectful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We just love The Tudor Arms.

The staff who provided us with transportation were very friendly. The transportation was only within 2 miles. It would be great if it could be for 5 miles moving forward.

The room was nice, however it was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. There was no shampoo or conditioner one very small bar of soap.

Upon arrival the elevators were down and the cleaning staff was having issues getting rooms cleaned in time and we had to wait for about 20-30 mi utes. The staff was amazing during this time and were very accommodating!! The stay was amazing and throughout the weekend all of the staff continued to be amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Not a good stay. Room smelled in redibly musty when we walked into room. Black mold on the HVAc vents (see photos). Did not clean our room ( We wanted cleaning) Only had half of toilet psper in bathrooms with no extras.

The hotel overall is fine. Located in the nice area, walkable to the main sightseeings. The only problem was that somehow liquor was added to our bill. We were never even at the bar there. Thank god we right away checked the bill. Addressed the issue right away and got refund. But that’s for sure somebody from the staff did. They had to know our room number and last name to charge it to the room. To their surprise, my partner and I don’t drink and we never went to the bar. Very sad such employees work there who charge things to the rooms of the people. Be aware, always check your bill.

Showers were too small, the wooden floor in the room was dirty and dusty. Had to wear shoes all the time or even socks got dirty.

It was a busy day at the hotel and we had to wait for check in quite a bit past the 4pm time. There was definitely stress on the housekeeping staff. The check in person apologized for delay and said they would comp parking for us. When we got to the room, it had been hastily cleaned and was not in fact clean - bathroom and floor cleanliness was below par. Since we were staying the one night, we did not notify management but would have said something at check out if the check out person had enquired about our stay, but she did not.

Hi. This facility is disgusting. My sheets were dirty. The bathroom is gross. There were drug addicts all around the outside and the evening staff was not helpful at check in. I would not have this property on your site

No issues experienced while at location. Friendly helpful staff and easy check in and check out process. Reasonable distance from downtown area where destination was. Only complaint was one elevator was out and I took some time or having to take the Stairs up and down 6 floors. But overall good experience.

The building is old but the rooms are modern. Staff were friendly. Somehow I missed the detail on the website about checking in that you have to park out front to register, and THEN drive around the block to get into the parking lot, so we had to go around twice. Great location for accessing the benefits University Circle like the botanical garden, art museum, and CIM. We didn't try the breakfast as we had to leave before it opened at 7am.

My floor in the room was dirty and the shower tile was a bit grimy. There looked to be some water damage in the bathroom. There was only one elevator working during my visit which made wait times a bit longer. But I don’t look at hotels as places I’ll be staying in all day when I’m on a trip, so it was convenient and worked just fine for the weekend I was there. The staff was phenomenal!

They couldn’t check us in until 8p because they didn’t have any clean rooms ready. They burned my hamburger so bad that when I tapped it on the table it sounded like a rock. The breakfast was cold and there wasn’t any options. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The only reason I’m rating it as well as I am is because the shower was AMAZING!! The hotel is historic and beautiful.

First room was dirty (dust everywhere’s floor dirty,..). We were moved to a second one to find dirty sheets in one bed… To add to all of this, the elevator broke just minutes before we arrived. We had to take de service elevator throughout the rooms’ change ordeal. Not a memorable experience for sure!

Our experience with the staff was pleasant. They went above and beyond to help make our stay as accommodating as posaible. Fred and Gina, the hotel shuttle drivers, were FANTASTIC! They took the biggest load off us and were fun while doing it. Thanks ao much, Fred & Gina! The elevators were an issue as they were working intermittently and the air conditioner, a stand alone mounted wall unit inatalled directly over our bed, dripped condensation onto our heads and pillows. Overall, not mad at the stay and so thankful for the shuttle staff.
