Two thumbs up (times a hundred) for the front desk team! They were so friendly and helped me with everything—from finding an awesome English speaking guide, luxury transportation with a great standby driver and even helped me find my passport I lost at the airport! I can’t thank them enough and definitely will visit again!!!

年越しを過ごすためにデラックスルームを予約しました。眺めもハン川向き、夜景も良かったですし、設備も綺麗で満足しています。部屋はシャワーのみ、温度調節が難しいことを除けば、とても清潔。デラックスルームはプライベートラウンジが利用でき18時〜22時はビールやワイン、軽食が食べられます。また朝食もこのラウンジが利用でき、静かな中でゆっくりできて最高でした。スタッフの接客もフロント、ベル、ラウンジの方全てが素晴らしくずっと滞在したいホテルです。
I booked a deluxe room to spend the New Year. The view from this room was so good. The room was clean and satisfied except for the shower that is difficult to control the temperature. We could use a private lounge and could spend time with beer, wine and snacks from 18:00 to 22:00. In addition, this lounge was available for breakfast and was able to relax in quiet. The staff, the receptionist, and the lounge staff were all good and friendly.

Excellent property!! Room was beautiful with a great river view of the Dragon Bridge! Highly recommend you upgrade your room to include higher floor river view room including the Privilege Lounge! Well worth the extra cost! Staff was phenomenal! Truly a superior hotel at a very reasonable cost!

Unfortunately, the check in experience set the tone for the stay at this hotel. Because I didn’t want to upgrade to have breakfast at the hotel, the staff just seemed to look down her nose at me.
Location of the hotel is not great ... room facilities not great either ... overall, very disappointed by my experience and will certainly not be staying here again

This is a major hotel which dominates the Danang skyline. My room on floor ten had a magnificent view down the Han River.
The hotel is a bit removed from the city centre, but offers a shuttle bus service at 2 hour intervals. And taxis are inexpensive.

A fantastic stay for two nights in a Deluxe Suite, we would highly recommend it. We will return again this year.

I came here with family. I reserved two rooms. The staffs were nice and really eager to help. At first morning, I order the room service for breakfast. It was really confused. I ordered 2 sets of American breakfast but it came with difference in each. I got one cup of coffee. Comparing with other hotel, they serve me one jar of coffee with a cup. I can drink coffee at least 2-3 cups. They were also not in a good look.

All staffs are very kind and hotel itself is very clean. Eventhough any happening in hotel, staffs are handling it very well, we felt very comfortable. The location is not that good to reach downtown, but you can take hotel suttle bus and taxy or grab, it's cheap enough.

Good service, friendly and professional staff, and remarkable breakfast buffet. Not that many food options but very good quality compared to similar/more expensive hotels in the area. Not much to see near hotel and there was some construction noise. The first night we could not sleep due to terribly noisy neighbours (we literally could hear the conversation next door, tv noise, etc) so requested a room change for the following day.

Laundry service not available very early and start next day at 7am. Disappointed with my shirt which i got back instead of 6am i told them , only 7.55am . Order room service for breakfast, came without pepper. Then, realised without coffee. Receptiin stagf poor in situation handling iver my shirt laundry. Kept repeating their policy, why accepted my laundry request for 6am return next day ?

It is a modern and comfortable hotel with a great view of the river. Unfortunately, set on a small island, it is far from convenient to walk and there are few immediate sights nesrby.There is a shuttle service from the hotel every two hours during the day.Isolated, the hotel charges premium rate for a breakfast. Little choice, as there are few if any restaurants nearby. There is building work in front of the hotel.
