Loved the free breakfast. The staff is super friendly, especially the woman working the breakfast. Absolutely hated the bathroom. It had a bathtub which very much matters to me, but it was not functional as a bath. There was no stopper for the tub and even in bathtub mode the shower still rained down on me. Because of my health I need to soak so I used the bottom once. The condition of the pool area was quite poor.

Beds lumpy. Aging, worn rooms. Needs renovations. Good location. Nice pool. Breakfast omelettes cold. Coffee pots empty, slow to refresh, fill.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Highly recommend staying here.

Seemed understaffed? Complementary coffee often not open, front desk often overwhelmed, towels at pool never refilled, had to ask for them, no microwave in rooms?

The property was really nice and the pool and hot tub were so great. Kids had a blast. Frequently didnt have towels but the front desk lady was working hard to wash some and get them to us even thought thats not part of what she should have to do. I see her managing the place real soon if she isnt already. She was nice

The shelf the refrigerator sat on was all cracked up. The freezer in the little refrigerator leaked water. There was spots that looked like burn marks on the floor. One of my kids threw up and we were told to put the bedding in the hall and they would come back to get it. It was still there 2 days later at check out time. The lady at the front desk said she was wondering why it was in the hallway because no one said anything about it.

Checked in July 3. Savanah was the nicest person i ever met at a hotel desk. She deserves a raise or promotion. Very helpful and polite. The other days and staff was not so great. Wed. Night july 4 i was waiting at front desk while she was on a personal call for a bit. Only picked this hotel from the marriott because of hot tub. Hot to check in early and late check out which really helped us. Never had any towels in pool area. Had to go to desk to ask. First day they gave me some. 2nd day they did not have any clean. Not sure why night staff would not clean or hotel wouldnt buy some to keep in pool area. Towels were wriped up and garbage. They said they would bring me some towels but never did, i had to walk through lobby wet. Hotel was not busy which was nice. Conditioner and soap was empty in room. Towels were horrible. Tv was small. Sofa chair bed was dirty with stains. I asked cleaner lady for extra sheets and she brought me some to put over sofa bed. Bed, sheets, pillows, floors were clean. No water in lobby. I would stay here again if cheaper but i stayed in better holiday inns.

Property was clean. Hot tub and pool were well maintained. Beds were a little below average. I think I felt a spring.

Great place to stay. Near a lot of shopping and dining options that were actually walking distance from the hotel.

Great property just one issue was that our suite’s bedroom door lock did not work.

Needs some upgrades. I'd suggest removing or replacing the lifts into the pool and hot tub. Why doesn't anyone know how to adjust door closers so they function properly and easily? There's adjustments on the top!

We have stayed here twice and love the location and breakfast offering. This time we had issues with getting towels, getting the soap dispensers fixed, and 1/2 the staff were nice, the other 1/2 were not so nice. Not sure if we will stay again.

Friendly staff. Efficient. Updated and clean hotel.

Hair in bed and on bathroom floor. Stayed there for 4 nights and everyday our key card would reset, wouldn’t be a big deal if front desk didn’t always have a sign up that says return in 15 minutes. Toilet clogged multiple times. Housekeeping never came.

Juana Wilson was a blessing! I had been up for 36 hours travelling and realized I had forgotten my phone in the Uber when I arrived. Juana helped me contact Uber (no small feat) and was so supportive. Thank you!!! My phone and I will be back.

The cleanliness and friendly service were up to expectation. The pancake machine was broken, and the pool closed earlier than expected, which were two bummers.

Everything was wonderful. Nothing I would have changed. Great amenities. Good location. Very clean and comfortable.

We moved out of the area but return regularly to visit family and this hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is good and the staff is helpful and friendly.

check in was quick and easy. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was good with many fresh choices. all the staff was super friendly, especially Barb. Will definitely stay there again when visiting our daughter.

Staff were friendly and they had a good full breakfast.

None of the plugs around the bed were working. Had to move the bed away from the wall and plug in. Behind the bed were piles of dust balls. The room overall had a musky, dirty water smell. Just not worth anywhere near what I paid for the room.

The breakfast bar was very inefficient and not great selection. The toaster is in a weird location and several pieces of equipment weren't working. They are currently doing a renovation, so some of the obvious problems--like the elevator button being held on by tape, will probably be fixed. There were no towels in our room when we checked in, so we asked a maid in the hallway. The next day, our towels were taken and only two were left for our family, so we had to ask again for more.

The room was not vacuumed, a light bulb in the room needed to be changed, maintenance never came.
