I received a broken promise from Booking.com. The booking.com reservation I received stated the cost would be x number of dollars but we had to pay the Fairfield Inn more due to Booking.com.
The hotel was fine. If booking.com had done its work prior to their broken dollar commitment to me I would be satisfied. I must have spoken to 6 or more of their customer service reps to no avail.

I loved my stay here, it was an excellent experience!. The employees were so courteous, helpful, and just genuinely nice, the service was top notch! The room was clean and perfect for the price!
The only negative or unfavorable critique I have is that there was not much variation in the breakfast selections. We had the same breakfast all 4 days because there was nothing else.However, the breakfast was good for the price.

When we reached after 10 hours of drive got surprise room was not available & it was 100% full & it was raining cold & windy ,they did arrange a place other hotel nearby for us later
Lady was very nice at the reception told me because of the inconvenience our stay will be free

Paid in full on booking including a booking.com voucher not recognized by the hotel
Room billed a second time otherwise no key delivery (I never paid at Mariott at check-in but always at check-out!!!)
You will have to wait for the bank statement as proof of payment to be reimbursed from booking.com.
Not a great breakfast selection (ie: no wafle)
Swimming pool aera is not really pleasant, next door from lobby and broken access door.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, Location was good for our visit. staff were friendly. Netflix on TV, living area furniture, shampoo/conditioner/body was products and dispenser, indoor pool and hot tub.
Closet (which has iron, ironing board) has very little space for two persons’ hanging items, especially in winter. Not enough drawers for two people staying multiple nights and drawers are necessary since there’s no luggage rack or room for it. Bedroom end tables and part of desks had laminate stripping missing. The suite overall is poorly laid out and appears to have been retrofitted. Probably sufficient for one person, but this is a king size suite, which usually is for a couple. Definitely not up to Marriott standards.

The breakfast was nice. There were hot food options as well as fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins and juice.
I would have liked to have simple bread to toast rather than English muffins or bagels.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. They had enough options for kids and adults to please all of us. I like the little mini store they had for my kids to get extra snacks when they wanted some.
No complaints here. The hot tub had a leak the first day. It was filled back up the same day, but then the water was way too hot to get in. It was good to go the next day though. Things happen, so that part is fine. Some one was giving kids swim lessons in the pool while we were trying to swim. Never seen that at a hotel but it was only for a little bit over an hour and we just stayed at the other end of the pool.
