Great location. Perfect for my work trip.

The construction was noisy.

Full breakfast; good hours. Good parking. Decent gym. Fast elevators. Safe area. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The swimming pool was decent size, but the water was not suitable to swim in.

No sign or markings at all on the Hotel, which caused us to be lost for more than 1 hour. They lost our booking for the second room, were full for "graduations", and we had nothing available except sleep on the floor!

The Webb site stated that a pet could be charged if so it would be $20 They charged me $30 and were very belligerent about when I explained that there Webb site says $20. They said your choice to stay and pay $30 pet fee that’s they say has always been in place or I could leave. I stayed! In they morning I went to the front desk and asked for the manager to explain to him about the difference in price but the clerk said he was not in and wanted to know what I wanted. I tried to explain to her about the price difference and that someone needed to correct the Webb site, all she wanted to do was argue with me and said it wasn’t there fault I tried to explain to her it needed to be corrected and she just tried to argue that it wasn’t there fault. Very poor customer service and I will never grace the facility again.

Clean and quiet, friendly staff and a good free breakfast.

Only one complaint, had a King size bed and the mattress sagged quite a bit in the middle.
