This Motel has been updated with fresh carpeting bedding TV. Most of the bathroom has been updated. However they did keep the original shower. The walls are glass blocks. Looks very retro

Nice heaters and powerful little window AC unit. Cute beddings and decor. Clean and very comfortable. Return customer and I'll be back!

Our room was so much better than we had anticipated. Comfortable bed, soft new towels, remodeled bathroom. Night and day from other inexpensive options. Front desk was also super nice and helpful. Will definitely return there next time we are in Bend.

I've had several trips though Bend this year and always be sure to stay at the Holiday motel, they always exceed expectations.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. My complaint would be about the noise outside our room every morning. People were extremely noisy. Maybe some weather stripping around the doors and a reminder to guests that there are other guests who do sleep at night and in the A.M.

This day by far was very wonderful the staff and also the managers were very good at making sure everything went as planned I definitely recommend staying here due to the fact that it is above excellence overall satisfied conveniently located next to several good businesses the managers have a way of always being there for you when you need them and are prompt to fix things if anything goes wrong

Carpet was soaking wet. Came up between my toes on my way to the bathroom. Alternative room was extremely poor condition. Ripped up furniture, the full size bed in stead of the queen size bed that was in the original room was higher at the foot than at the head. Tv was very basic and the remote that they finally found did not work with the tv. Basically a low end flop house.

Had a very small room spot of blood on this bedsheet no plug in the bathroom sink to shave otherwise I always have a good stay there would not want that room again

I booked this spot because it had great reviews online and the price was nice. However, I have to say as a single female staying alone at night this wasn't the greatest location. Didn't help me feel any better when literally a couple minutes after checking in, I had a homeless man bugging me. I was also woken up to an ambulance entering the facility first thing in the morning. Just your run of the mill semi-sketchy motel. Pictures make it look a lot nicer than it really is. Also, should be noted- the whole place is an old single level motel... everything is ground floor which was not depicted in the photos of the double story (check in only) area.....

Found a messy Ding Dong wrapper in the bed under the sheet, another candy wrapper under the pillow. They gave me the smallest room I have ever been in at this motel after I asked for a big room. The towels were hard and scratchy, the parking in front of room 20 was way too short and someone hit my car trying to park/back out of the spot next to mine. I have stayed here many times in the past, I think I'll stay elswhere from here on ouy.

The room was okay, but I did not feel too safe, as one of the windows was not fully in the track, so it could be easily pushed out from inside or pulled out from outside. I took a video of this that I will post on Google for the review section.
Other than that, the room was acceptable. A little dirtier than a low-budget hotel, but that's to be expected. The sheets and top blanket were clean, but stained in some spots (which I also took photos of), and the carpet was a little tacky/damp to the touch, so I just made sure to wear slippers.
Aside from that, it is genuinely okay for a one-night stop when passing through town, or if in need of shelter for a night. I believe that I would have been a little less negative if the window was secure, so take my harsh criticism with a grain of salt.

It's a little older, but the room I was in was nicely updated and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable. It was just a pleasant stay, all around.

The room was very clean but the bed was horrible. My husband and I barely slept because of how uncomfortable the bed was. Everything else was great.

The staff were fantastic, very nice, very accommodating. I forgot a razor and they just gave me one, that was nice. Facility is not fancy but has been updated and remodeled and made to be clean and kind of fun/ cute. The only downside is out of their control but it’s the area around the motel. Large homeless encampments on the street immediately out the back bathroom window. Wouldn’t recommend walking around the neighborhood.

This place was great. Loved where my room was located.Great staff easy check in. Clean room, nice bathroom. I do think they need upgrade bed. The bed wasnt comfortable, or the pillows.

First off, it's a dive. It's a no frills motel and it's cheap. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Other than it being cheap it's clean, easy to find has all the basic accommodations and the main reason i will choose them again is the service. I had just spent 30 plus hours in the mountains with no sleep and they did everything they could to get me my room way before check-in time. Highly recommend this place

Very reasonably priced and clean. Staff is super accommodating and friendly. Rooms are small and the bed was not so great. But for the price it was all we needed for one night. I would stay again!

This is my third time staying here. It’s affordable, comfortable and clean. The tv is small but otherwise it has everything you need at very affordable prices.

This was my second time staying here and my expectations were exceeded this time around. Check-in was quick and the gentleman who checked me in was friendly and gave me an upstairs room since I was going to be there for almost a week. I didn't even know there was an upstairs! Room was great, clean and quiet. I don't remember getting the name of the gentleman that checked me in but it had to have been the legendary man that everyone else speaks of. Very engaging and gave off good vibes. Thank you for the positive experience at The Holiday Motel!
