The person working the front desk was distracted and no help when a dog on the fourth floor barked at 5:35 am on Saturday and then again that afternoon. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom fixtures were leaky and rusty. The kitchen staff was very friendly and diligently working during breakfast.

Front desk was nice. Hotel was dirty (mud from guests everywhere). Room smelled bad. Breakfast was terrible. 7am and the coffee was cold. Breakfast foods were jnedible. What a disappointment.

I think part of the cleanliness is that the hotel is need of some renovation upgrades. It was clean but there were arwas that just didnt seem clean because of what looked like age.

The facility could use some updates. Not sure why the cost is so much higher than surrounding properties.

We were in town for a graduation, and enjoyed our stay! The staff was amazing and very accommodating and warm, and the room was nice and clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Had to get the front desk employee to come and clean the bathroom. The whole room was poorly cleaned. Such as Urine left under the toilet seat. Trash on the shower drain. Drink Can rings on the Bed side tables.
The Hot water in the shower and sink was Luke warm at best.

Great stay! Customer service was extremely nice and helpful at the front desk! And cleanliness was top notch, location was right beside a great restaurant as well! Very comfortable too! Overall a quick weekend stay was easy pleasing for us!

Management was top notch! We arrived late and had 2 pets with us. There was an issue with overcharge on pet fee and Management corrected this promptly! Very family friendly environment and exceptional staff here.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both times the check in process was just odd. Either this hotel or Hampton Inn needs to streamline their checkin processes. Most hotels these days it takes about 2 minutes or less and you’re on your way. Otherwise, the stay was good and the room was clean and not terribly dated. However I do wish all hotels would spend just a tad more money on their shower heads.

Kind of disgusting to have coffee pots in the bathroom and unsanitary to have towels above the toilet.

Room was dirty. Took out a Lysol wipe to wipe down surfaces and it came up filthy. Walls were dirty. Room was next to the Mexican restaurant next door and they had loud music until after 10:00. Won’t be staying here again, which is sad because it was a convenient location.

This is an older well maintained clean hotel. The breakfast is standard. The staff is very friendly. A great Mexican restaurant is next to it which is convenient for dinner. Highly recommend this hotel

Woke up with bug bites on my leg. Had them checked next day when I got home. They were bed bug bites. Will not stay there again.
