I did not like being charged a Security Deposit on top of the pre-paid dayrate. All hotels ask for an imprint of your Credit Card but as I only use Debit Cards they normally just ask me to pay for any additional services when ordering. I found myself looking for an ATM late at night to deposit THB10,000 because reception insisted the deposit was to cover property damage. The money was returned upon check-out but was a charge I have never been requested before. This needs to be highlighted in their Terms and Conditions on Expedia. Consequently despite a pleasant stay I am unlikely to return.

Excellent apartment hotel with all the facilities i needed including a pool i could do some training in. Very comfortable, clean & great wifi. No hassles and in a good location in my opinion. The fees were great value too.

Stayed here for 2 nights because of an exceptional rating on Expedia. I found the hotel to be just average. Staying here was like staying at a nice condominium. I didn’t find the hotel to be exceptional at all. Just an average place with average amenities. There are better hotels in the area.

I had booked an eight week vacation. We stayed in 5 star hotels in Honolulu, Phuket, Singapore. Sydney, Cebu, Manila, and Bangkok. Out of all the hotels this one was the most extravagant when it came to size and amenities of the room itself. Like most hotels it offers free glass bottled water, daily turn down service. But our room was the corner suite 2101 and it was 3 bedrooms plus 3 full sized bathrooms. It was massive for our family of four. The hotel also has large lap pool. In addition, the entire hotel staff from front gate security, concierge, check-in and front desk were all very attentive and professional. We also ate at the adjacent onsite restaurant, after a long flight and post check-in we wanted some great Thai food, Kiran and Mook were extremely kind and they answered a lot of our questions not on just their restaurant’s lovely cuisine which was very flavorful and satisfying but also on a whole bunch of other random questions, they were very kind and willing to allocate some time and advice on where locals eat and shop. There is a bank ATM across the street, a nice set of Thai massage parlors, and fairly close to other malls via a 10 to 30 minute “Grab”. It was our favorite hotel. Bangkok is filled with happy and loving people. Our last stop was London, and you can see the difference when it comes to customer service. If you are a family traveling with children. My family and I highly recommend this five star hotel.

It was a very short but overall amazing stay. Services were incredible, i wasnt feeling very well while checking in early in the morning and the reception helped me to get a room immediately to rest. The concierge staff was super friendly and polite. The room itself was great, got the super spacious room all to myself. Would go back again to explore the food and for a longer stay.

The beds are very poor and the breakfast was not a buffet and very very slow. Just overall poor quality for price paid.

Stunning hotel located in the CBD. Most beautiful suite with city views - I wish I could live there. Wonderful staff and service, great breakfast options and good facilities overall. Located 10-20 mins walk from major shopping centres. Hope to stay again

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, we had the corner bedroom suite, it was well appointed with nice furnishings, a comfortable bed and the city view from the room was great. The hotel was located walking distance to a lot of great malls and shopping centres and it was easy to get Tuk Tuks on the street. Breakfast however was painfully slow and underwhelming for the price, we were pleased to be offered a refund after it took an hour for our food to arrive and one dish never came. They have changed the breakfast from a buffet to Á La cart so would suggest getting breakfast elsewhere. Aside from this it was a pleasant stay.
