Extremely rude employees at the VIP reception. Management shall consider to move her in other positions. For the rest hotel is nice and well located. Breakfast could be improved, not much choices compared to other hotels of the same range

Our teenage girls loved the facilities - sauna steam room jacuzzi, infinity pool, badminton, tennis - one week stay was not enough! Breakfast was great and the lunch and food by the pool. You can bring your own wine to the restaurant too. Attached to terminal 21 and asok station means you can get around anywhere quick.

Excellent location and service, the staff even helped me to send packege from the Kerry shipping next door. however the air conditioning is loud and breakfast is just ok

The location is very good . It's close to many hotels and services. The only thing which i experienced was breakfast menu which was based on fareast need.

Very nice hotel and a great stay. Breakfast was great. I like these rooms because they are very bright and have tile.

The room was not comfortable.the airconditioning unit gave out a very loud sound, think hotel did not service the airconditioning in the room.When we informed the hotel, they told us need 1 hour to repair.so we asked for a change of room, then we were offered another room. The room was of a better structure.This caused us alot of inconvenience as we already unpacked and had to pack again to move to another room. Spoke with the receptionist but we were not compensated in any way.

The good is it was attached to a shopping mall. The bad we were staying in a room with a kitchen and there was no facilities to cook whatsoever and they wanted to charge us two hours for a tablespoon of cooking oil

Not really a good place for a family trip. The swimming pool is in the city center, so the air quality is bad. But the location is good. It's connected to Terminal 21, so it's convenient for eating.

The front desk service was indifferent and lacked attention to detail. The VIP Access benefits were not implemented. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was assigned a room where I could hear the noise from the main road, and the ceiling emitted sounds from water pipes or air conditioning, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. My complaints received no response. The sliding door in the room was initially malfunctioning and was only repaired after I reported it. The breakfast on the 5th floor was a disaster. It was a buffet, but once the food was gone, it wasn't replenished. Even during breakfast hours, I was told that boiled eggs were already finished, which was incredibly frustrating. On the bright side, the daytime staff at the service center were very friendly and accurately assisted with luggage transportation. 櫃台服務很冷漠也不注重細節。VIP Access 並没有落實。已註記要安靜的房間，一樣安排聽得到大馬路車子的聲音，天花板會發出水管的聲音或冷氣抽水的聲音，整個晚上很難獲得好的休息，反應也沒有得到任何回應。客房的拉門一開始也是故障的，反應才進行修繕。5樓的早餐是場災難，自助式早餐，但東西沒了就沒了，連水煮蛋在早餐用餐期間，都會直接被回覆已經供應完畢，非常不可思議。白天的服務中心人員非常的友善，能夠精準地協助行李的運送。

Hotel location is perfect for going out, the hotel itself as well as the services are average in Bangkok standard. Kinda 3/4 Stars hotel level.

The hotel was excellent and in particular the room that we had was very good. Housekeeping was also excellent. The breakfast buffet was marginal. They did not have too many ingredients for omelettes and most of the other items were lukewarm or even cold. The dining area was very crowded. Transportation was a problem. Getting a taxi from the hotel was very difficult and expensive. However, it was easy to get to the skytrain to get out of the very congested area that the hotel was in. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
