The hotel is located on a road away from the traffic and main roads in the area. So it is a nice quiet place away from the noise. The breakfast spread is adequate. However, the sitting is less as compared to what is required from a hotel of this size. So it was quite common for hotel staff to request guests to share a table. Whether you arrive for breakfast at 9:00 or 10:00 am, the tables were always full. The rooms are decent, but noise from the other room does seep in to the adjoining room. The Lobby area and the restaurant were hosting birthday and marriage parties and kids were running around everywhere including the bar section making loud noises. The ambiance of the hotel was too bad. In addition, the breakfast was not included in the deal even though the room was not cheap by any standard.

Poor service. Sound of plumbing running all night and a rip off for a cab ordered through hotel that was twice the price of private hire.

Very nice and conveniently located facility. BKC and Phoenix Marketcity are just a short distance away. Excellent food and service. For some inexplicable reason, front desk asks for govt ids of all travelers including minor children. I found it quite strange, as this is not a common practice. All in all, very good experience.

Very convenient location in Chembur with easy access to Bandra Kurla Complex. Hotel facilities are quite good. Staff is polite and provide good service. Wifi facility is good hence you can work from your hotel room. Local transport (Taxi/auto) readily available from the doorstep.

The Fern was an amazing place to stay, I would definitely recommend staying here, clean rooms, free breakfast with a lot of food options, the staff were amazing ! Very accommodating, always happy to help, by far the best hotel in Mumbai!

An average hotel. Out of the way, nice facilities but the staff needs serious hospitality training. Especially the front office staff. They are unfriendly and totally confused. The security guards, numerous in number are very disrespectful only towards Indians. The food is nice. The service is okay, but they get overwhelmed during meal times.

Stayed with family (triple occupancy) for two nights and 3 days - fantastic trip Had difficulty in getting to the hotel as the airport prepaid taxi guy could not get the hotel on the GPS Checked in to hotel with in minutes, brisk front office efficiency Paid 25% more for triple occupancy as per reservation bill, which did not pinch my wallet Pros: Efficient front office Friendly staff Booked taxis for us as and when we required without frowning Superb rooms, big enough for triple occupancy, neat and clean soft furniture, clean toilet with all standard complements Nice ambience on the 24hr coffee shop that served the breakfast Neat and nice corridors on each floor, particularly the corner ones are superb, the diffused light from sun is perfect for flashless profile photos, don't forget to take your camera alongwith Brisk room service Cons: Breakfast spread can be better more inclusive on the veg side (for Indians) The Indian style brewed tea that was served was invariably light and not hot on both days, had to reorder them, so make sure to order 'strong and piping hot' tea while ordering tea. The hotel is very nice and clean. But the staff need some more training in how to serve and behave towards the guests. They are very hard working but without proper guidance the Hotel experience will not be that of a 4 star hotel.
