Great staff very helpful and enabled me to relax after a 48 hr flight. Very happy with stay shame it was for such a short trip

A nice airport hotel. I was lucky that there was a room available to check in at 10 am. The restaurant serves good food. The gym was well equipped although a water cooler and cleaning supplies would be nice to have. Overall I had a good stay.

We had a lovely final night in Fiji at Tokatoka. I chose it because it was close to the airport and because the pool and slide looked great for my daughter and niece - it did not disappoint. They loved it!
Our departing flight was delayed, and the General Manager was very helpful with facilitating a late checkout.
There was a small issue with booking where the hotels.com site said a free rollaway bed would be available, but it wasn't. This was an error on the website, as the resorts own website didn't include this, nor did expedia's. The hotel staff helpfully moved us to a different room to accommodate a 2nd child.
The breakfast is reasonably priced, especially for children. Pizzas were also tasty.
The grounds are kept very tidy, and the room was clean as well. Would recommend.

Check in easy. Hotel clean and walkable to airport in 5min. Shuttle takes longer than walking. We took the Seven seas ferry shuttle from Port Denaru and super easy, free and fast.

2 night stay , between transports to another island resort. Reception was excellent. Got to room, and, heard baby crying in adjoining room. Went back to reception, and, they moved me to a different room. I appreciated this courtesy.
Being so close to the airport, I was able to easily walk over to the airport to use the money changer, and, resolve a problem with my Fiji Airway flight.
Since my last visit to Fiji (2019?) a new hospital has been built , right next to Tokatoka.

It was short and very enjoyable. The pool, the airport transfer the restaurant the breakfast and the room were all excellent as well as the friendliness of the staff.

Our stay here was great. Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Room was spacious and clean. Grounds were well cared for. Restaurant had a variety of meals. Close to the airport, but pretty far from town. There is a shuttle available for a fee. This is a great place to adjust after a long flight.

Welcoming from arrival, friendly staff. Room was really nice and very clean. Looked fresh and modern. Onsite pool, gym, spa, shop, bar and restaurant.

We had a spacious room but next to the walk way and from around 4.30am we were woken by people wheeling their luggage to reception. It was consistent for the next couple of hours.
The up side is that the Hotel is very close to Nadi International Airport. You can walk or they offer a free shuttle service.

The people were friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and well appointed. The room I had on my return was near the road and the traffic constant throughout the night, so I would have preferred the room I had on my first stay, again. Overall though, a pleasant experience.

Location is fabulous .. right across from the airport and staff were incredibly going out of their way to assist us. Highly recommend.

The pool slide was a lot of fun and was the centre of the outdoor common area. The playground was pretty good too. The units were a bit tired and the lighting was poor but okay.

Don’t second guess yourself, Tokatoka Resort is where it’s at!
From the second my partner and I left customs Tokatoka Resort took care of us with the kindest people and amazing service up until the time we left for the airport.
The resort isn’t 5 stars but the service and food is, the facilities are spacious and have the greatest pool and slide - for young ones and adults!
Nothing to worry about at Tokatoka, they provide laundry service, a spa and much more.
Only thing to note was no face cloths which was no biggy for myself as I always pack my own but for those who expect face cloths please prepare yourself with some.
Nothing other than beautiful service and kind people who made us feel safe and spoilt. Big up to the people who serve us at Tokatoka Resort, Vinaka!

The rooms are OK and the cleanliness was good. Food is the real problem - breakfast offering is very very ordinary. Had dinner there once and it was dreadful. The menu is very limited and the quality was not good. To be avoided. However, there is not much choice in the neighbourhood as an alternative. Food is better at the Gateway next door.

Tokatoka was great for a one night stay prior to heading to the airport early the next morning. The pool and playground facilities are great for kids. Accommodation is a bit old and could do with some updating, but it’s fine for what it is. Food and staff were fine, it’s not supposed to be fine dining, so for us the food was adequate. Only real complaint would be the windows let a lot of sound through, so it was a bit noisy at times.
If you’re looking for a high end resort, this is not what this place offers, but if you want one or two nights either side of a longer stay, then this place works well and caters well for kids.

we stayed twice during this holiday before and after other other resort . The staff were great, all our needs were catered for . The pickup and return shuttle to the airport was quick and effective .All in all a great airport hotel and good value too.

The food in the restaurant was nice, Can be a bit hard to get service when it’s busy. There’s a great pool and new playground just completed for kids.
It can be noisy if you stay in the rooms by the sun road but all the rooms away from the road were fine.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite was as not the same that were in photos. very low water pressure room stated it was a king size bed was only a queen. There is no rain head shower.mould around bath tub water pressure was that bad. It took half an hour for the toilet to refill. Didn’t even try to fill the bathtub. Would advise not to pay the extra for a suite room. otherwise staff and checking and airport Transport was excellent!! buffet breakfast was ordinary better off ordering off the menu pool area was good. excluding the room ,would rate it 4 out of 5. for staff friendliness and close to the airport

In hygienic laundry service. They wash my clothes and returned it in the same dirty bag that I gave them. I demanded rewash in a separate clean bag that they did .

The staff at this hotel deserve every praise, their service is top notch and better than some 5 star hotels! From the reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, everyone was super helpful, friendly and genuine. The food was also great for the price. It's a family friendly hotel and the onsite gym is better equipped than some 5 star hotels. If you are here for longer than an overnight stay, opt for rooms away from the main road as it can be quite noisy.

At this point, I am very sure that I will not check this hotel again. This hotel's bathroom had no water pressure, and the cleanliness was very poor. The staff was friendly and told people what the upper so-called management had instructed them. But it could have been a better experience.

Perfect choice for a quick stay! So handy to the airport with excellent free transfers, rooms tidy and clean and a fabulous pool!
