My room was not well kept. There was hair in the bathroom sink, crud on the bathroom counter and the deglazed tub had many peels in it.

The shuttle service was impossible to reach - wound up taking a Lyft to property. The TV did not work - called front desk - said they would send someone- never arrived. Overpriced for poor service.

We arrived early and they already had our room available, unloaded and were hungry but the restaurant was closed. Front desk recommended a tremendous option in Revere, a short drive away. Luggage storage privided Free parking was a bonus. Free shuttle to the airport too. Our stay was enjoyable...thank you.

Our stay was for one night as we wanted to stay near the Boston airport. The traffic si awful as the two lane street heading towards the hotel was hacker bumper to bumper. It literally took us 2o minutes just to get into the hotel parking lot. Once we checked in, the restroom was very dirty. It appeared as if housekeeping gave it a quick and superficial cleaning, missing some pretty obvious areas in the tub and shower. However, we did have a pleasant experience eating in the hotel restaurant, which was very good. Our server John was wonderful!

The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, the rooms are spacious, the beds are a bit firm but fairly comfortable. The shuttle service is great. But for the prices you charge I cannot believe you do not offer breakfast. The on-site restaurant wanted $14.95 for a simple egg bagel sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous.

The hotel is nice but our room entrance felt so tight with the sink right at the doorway. The toilet was incredibly loud when flushing. The temp control unit was also incredibly loud. That same unit also blew dust clusters all over one of the beds closest to it, that was gross and we shut off the unit. We did have a nice experience with the late night bar in house. The reception desk was very helpful as we tried to navigate getting the shuttle. They were very nice when we checked in as well. The beds were comfortable.

We loved the service provided by all the staff. Very kind, genuine people. Clean facility. They allow pets, and you can’t even tell any animals have been in there because it smells so clean. We had our two toddlers with my husband and I, and everything was very convenient. The maid service went above and beyond when they cleaned and tidied our room. We came back to the bathroom items and toys in the room all organized and prepped. The rooms are laid out well, also, and it was just a fantastic experience. Thank you!
