Loved our stay at W Bangkok. The room was awesome and the hotel was really nice. We were a bit outside of the areas we wanted to explore so we probably spent some extra $ by staying here on cab fare over the trip but it wasn’t bad. It was nice being in a quieter part of town.
Hotel breakfast was overpriced and not included in our fare but right around the corner was Not Just Another Cup and we LOVED getting breakfast and smoothies there to start our days.

An amazing place to stay where the staff elevate the experience, from Tokky who arranged dinner for us, DeeDee who recommended the best cocktails to Clean, Nom and Matthew in the bar who made the whole stay really magical.

I would particularly like to that Arn and the others on the concierge team They put in extra effort to help for car pickups to the airport and car pick ups at other airports. And other matters. Arm was a pleasure to work with

Just everything was top class, deluxe and very cool. I was treated to breakfast by the hotel, the options were amazing and something for absolutely everyone- if you couldn’t find something they’d cook you something specially. From start to finish, the service and staff were exceptional. It is definitely my hotel of choice whenever in Bangkok.

The room is extremely noisy(Room No. 1115). I can hear the sound of BTS and cars. I will never stay in W Hotel Bangkok again!

I've stayed at W's in the past and this was a step above at a reasonable price. I had to make some last minute changes to my reservation and the staff was accommodating and professional. Hated to have to leave early.

Review for W Hotel:
The overall experience at the W Hotel was satisfactory, and I must commend the service which was indeed excellent. However, given the brand's reputation, I had higher expectations in terms of comfort and technology. The absence of A/C in the elevator, especially during hot days, was quite discomforting. The tablet, which is meant to control room electricity, required a daily reset due to malfunctions that also caused the AC not to work properly.
Moreover, I was surprised to see a non-smart TV without streaming services like Netflix in the room. Considering the premium price point, I'd suggest it's time for some updates and renovations. There are comparable hotels in this price range that offer better amenities.

Hotel was a little kinky in my own view as there is a red curtain the moment you step in and it was an open concept toilet. Room are clean and fantastic. Location wise in my view was not as good as i hope for. Nothing around the surrounding except a 7/11 and starbuck cafe otherwise nothing much.

I not understand 5 start hotel was no have any smoking room...even go down MUST need to walk to smoking area...no matter Grand Hyatt is the more old and on standard hitel brand also have one floor for serve the smoker guest!!! Is reli reli sick in this hotel...never ever came again in this brand of hotel(W Hotel) this is the first time i stay also is tge last time i do!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at W Bangkok earlier this month and I must say, it was a wonderful experience.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, courteous, and made me feel right at home. The stylish and modern decor of the hotel was impressive, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
I enjoyed all the amenities that W Bangkok had to offer during my stay, including the pool and gym facilities. The rooftop bar and restaurant were also exceptional and provided stunning views of the Bangkok skyline.
What made my stay truly unforgettable was the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, from suggesting local attractions to offering me a late checkout.

We had a wonderful stay at the W. The staff were really nice and spent the time to chat and get to know us. They even spent the time to show us around the house of sarthorn and the history behind the hotel.
