It was very comfortable stay in this hotel 3 night. The room was clean and nice with excellent view. Breakfast was nice too. All of staff were friendly and kind. I think I enjoyed staying at this hotel in Abu Dhabi. Thank you

Amazing property at very good value. Spacious room ( I got a junior suite) with good size lounge and dresser. Nice bathroom, including a good shower, bath tub and bidet. The view from the 31 floor was very good, and include the two "pineapples" , building the window cover of which open and close during the day according to luminosity. Breakfast was excellent and had lots of variety. Very helpful desk staff and bell man. Very handy if you visit khalifa university main campus or business in the area.

Excellent service during check-in and throughout the stay. Comfortable bed, large room, very nice shower. It was great value for money and we will come back again.

I specifically asked for a king size bed upon booking and found that the room provided had 2 beds put together.

Bell boy was called to come. Took too long and i decided to take my luggage myself.

Great hotel to stay. Haider was so kind and upgraded us to a room at 37 th floor with an outstanding view. Breakfast was so rich and everything was perfect. Will come again

The hotel was very busy with lots of guests, but they still found a way to make us comfortable by providing drinks and cold towels, and assisting us quickly. The room was clean, and everyone we spoke with was well-trained and a pleasure to deal with. We will stay here again.

Overall the hotel and room were fine. However, customer service at the front desk was extremely poor. At check out my wife and I had to wait for 30 minutes until they confirmed nothing was consumed from the mini-bar/fridge. However, just in front of us several people check out and they didnt check or ask them about the mini-bar/fridge. They all just checked out and left the hotel right away! I raised this with the front desk and they didnt do anything about it. Terrible customer service. I would advise no one to stay there.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were very helpful and polite, especially the concierge. The rooms were clean, breakfast was nice with many options. The perfect place for families.

This hotel is very clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the location is in the center of Abu Dhabi. What I did not like about this hotel is the air conditioning (AC). The AC in my room was very loud for a 5 star hotel. You would expect a 5 star hotel to AC system which is almost silent, but this was not the case. Also, the quality of the free water bottle in the room. As this hotel does not offer "plastic" bottles (which should be fine with me), they use filtered water and serve them in glass bottles with a hotel made cap. There is a strange taste from that was as with clear "Chlorine" taste in it. That was not pleasant at all.

It was a great stay. An excellent hotel. Friently personel. A big thank you to Haider from the front desk for his help. Great restaurants. The breakfast is a treat. Thanks to all the great personel of the Dusit Thani. We will certainly come back!

The staff were amazing & helpful but there was shortage in maintenance of the toilet as on stay the toilet hose was leaking & not checked before check in & I did not complain as it was one day stay & no need to disturb my staycation with maintenance labors, breakfast was nice & delicious
