We had an awesome stay. The staff was amazing. Our family trip was centered around us meeting for breakfast every morning at the hotel. Thanks again

I have visited the property several times over the last years. The property continues to decline. Dirty hall carpeting, my drawers ro the dresser wouldnt stay closed. And for clarification i didnt use the drawers however since it was the bottom drawer it was a safety hazard and the shower door wouldnt stay closed

The elevator was inoperable for the duration of our stay. The ice machine on our floor was broken also. When we expressed our concerns to the staff, we were called rude. We were told upon arrival that they were working on the elevator, but we never saw any service people the entire 3 days and two nights we were there. We also overheard the cleaning staff saying they were ready to quit.

The elevator was broken and we were not told until we arrived. It had been broken for 2 days before we arrived. We left a day early because we were tired of climbing 3 flights of stairs.

Not impressed. No idea how this hotel has a “wonderful” rating. We stayed here bc it’s close to Louisiana Downs. The elevators were all broken and they had my 70 year old mother on the 4th floor. The stairs we had to use were just disgusting. Nasty carpet, no a/c and smelled bad. They offered cancellation with no penalty but we prepaid through hotels.com so that wasn’t an option and all other hotels were booked anyway. The lobby and halls seemed to have no or very little air conditioning. The carpet was loose and wrinkled and a trip hazard. Our room reeked of mold and it was very, very damp feeling. We turned the a/c down low but that didn’t even help.
Breakfast was a good variety but it had no taste. Honestly just very disappointed.

Room had no shower curtain and no towels when we checked in. Desk clerk gave an excuse about being short staffed. We had to finish servicing our own room which we already paid for…very disappointing.

I like how clean and comfortable the entire stay was very impressed with cleanliness and how close everything was to the hotel.

It was ok! Expected more. Requested in reservation for first floor, arrived, we were on 3rd floor. Was quickly resolve with last room left on 1st floor. It wasn't that updated. Still wondering what 3rd floor room looked like!

The stay was fine, but after leaving they charged my account $125 for supposedly smoking in the room. We did no such thing. My daughter and i went to the smoking area or our van. We never smoked indoors Very unhappy

They were having issues with the computer system but went beyond to make sure we were good! The room was clean and the staff was nice. The parking lot also felt safe.

I liked that the property was in walking distance to Louisiana Downs. I was there for the Red River Balloon Rally. Breakfast was good and in time. You have to be up early to watch the balloons fly. Staff was very friendly. Property very clean and maintained.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My mom enjoyed the breakfast. It was good snd you could make your own waffles. They made sure there was plenty for everyone.

The pool was unusable for us because of the heat both of the air and the water. And more importantly the chemicals were off. The water was cloudy and it smelled strongly of chlorine.

Breakfast was good. Rooms could have been cleaner. A dried booger on the bathroom wall. Yuck! Room smelt and stains on the coach. Also ran out of towels every morning and coffee maker broken for two days of our stay. Staff were so friendly and kind.

We booked this room for the pool, which was pretty chilly, but was informed it was ready to swim in. Besides that, the staff was nice and friendly.
There was a storm that night, after we returned from dinner my son fell asleep and I went to check the air, and it was off. So i went to the front to see about it and apparently the storm had knocked out half of the power. Okay, a little frustrating but the room didn't feel so bad(around 9pm) We woke up in the middle of the night to no electricity. The hotel was so hot, my special needs son's food spoiled in the fridge, we got no breakfast. I went to the front to ask what happened, and they wefe clueless. I asked why they didnt start their generator, and said responded they didn't have one. Honestly feel like I wasted $150. What a horrible experience.

Last minute booking due, with amazing results! What a comfort to stay in a safe and clean hotel with excellent customer service. Beds are the best!

The indoor pool was not heated and poorly maintained. There were no pool towels replenished even after going to the front desk to request them.
