Loved having a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff could not have been nicer and having a shuttle to take us to the hospital was such a welcome surprise.

The valet parking situation was horrendous. You send a text to let them know you need your care but half the time they didn’t receive it. It could take ten minutes or 45 minutes to get your car making planning difficult. Short curly hairs in shower. Blood? Stains on linens.

Good experience for the stay. Room is clean and tidy although a bit old. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, shuttles service is not sufficient and had missed to pick us up for three times.

We stayed one night so we could see the Stones concert. Everything was nice, clean, and safe. For 'eastern' Cleveland, that's saying something.

Room was clean and quiet. Only complaint is I was asked if I’d like housekeeping services since I was staying 3 nights. I said ‘yes’ but never received any service.

I left my wallet in a taxi but the hotel staff were really kind to call the taxi company and I was able to get it back safely.
The only thing is there was no soap for hand washing in a lavatory.

We had requested a room with a bathtub but when we checked in they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. We returned the evening of our first night, the room had not been cleaned. We requested fresh towels and complained and were told that we should have asked for a refresh but they hadn’t mentioned that when we checked in. The sink didn’t drain, the faucet was loose and they ran out of hot water. When we mentioned all of that at checkout, all They offered was “ I’m sorry.” Would not recommend this hotel.

Forced valet parking, limited menu in restaurant and did not include extra fries & sauces in take out, one chair in room, only table is built in for one and tv above is 18” from your face, end tables too short with only one plug & NO usb charger. Tiny fridge. Thermostat for room unresponsive & shower temp regulation not working properly either.
The bed, pillows and bedding was nice, but top cover had a yellow stain. The other hotel with the same name but different location we stayed at before was MUCH nicer - this one was very substandard.
