Hotel doesn't have the same amenities as other hotels at similar price points. If something bad was to happen to you during your trip, hotel doesn't provide any support. Even though a bad experience happened to me during my trip they refused to give me a refund after I had to leave due to the unsafety of this hotel (thankfully Expedia gave me a credit and I only booked for 2 nights).

I put a review a week or two ago and it didn't change. I asked for the room service to be done and on the third day the turned up. We went out on the second day and came Back 4 hours later but no cleaning done. After I complained the excuse was they were upstairs and was coming down to clean it. They were on our floor when we went out cleaning the room next to ours and the one opposite. So why not clean while there. Well we are going to Panglao for a week and when we come back for a month we will be staying elsewhere

I enjoyed my stay there and will go again soon. There are better area's but they are Dirty inside and More expensive. The Toilet was blocked and I eventually got it unblocked. It is clean and secure so much better than a lot of places

Late to confirm my booking. Charge for one night just extend only 3hrs . I will pay on for 3hours coz other hotel they allow it for to pay per hour

We booked the hotel to rest and relax..
The place wasn't so crowded. The staff were friendly.
The view was nice. The only downside is their food, the selection was few. It's mostly for drinks.
But overall we had a great time..

Our room location has very poor signal..we can't be reached thru our phones..too bad. We requested to be transferred to another room.thanks it was granted

Wifi slow. Towel seems over use looks gross. Lastly, we got twin sharing room, supposedly 2 key cards, but hotel policy “1 key card per room” Ridiculous

It’s pretty comfortable for a 3 star hotel although the room service kept on waking everyone up asking at dashes yet some of as didn’t have any and were still enjoying our sleep

Everything is okay...room is cozy; however, they needed to make sure that everything is functioning well on each room.

This is an older hotel in an older part of the city but is conveniently located if you want to take advantage of the medical facilities in the area. The room was a bit small but held all the necessities. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and accommodated all of our requests. The price was also right.

The room is great but the internet connection in my room is very slow.

The place is nice and clean. Just a bit shookt that it doesn't have a bidet.
The food is not quite as expected. Too cold plus too small serving. I recommend you buy food from outside.

I won't be booking here again. My partner had a very uncomfortable time here where the bed sheets made her itchy. The room door lock failed so she was locked out of her room. The phone stopped working. Wifi was no good unless you sat right next to the door. Staff were not friendly at all when a change of room was requested. Very disappointing.
