Everything was easy, awesome in every way, helpful staff and calm people around that work within the Golden Prince Hotel, I know I will book again in this Hotel when I come back, I also like the OJTs staff very accommodating and smiles and give it thier all to satisfy our needs, respectfully thanks again, I enjoyed my stay there very satisfied customer.

Our favorite thing about this property was the excellent breakfast buffet that was served each morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Walking distance to plenty of shopping. Super clean rooms and comfortable beds. Dining was limited so wasn’t really impressed. Will definitely stay again though.

Got the master suites as we are a family of six. There were two bedrooms in the unit with a living room and dining area. Close to the center.

A Standard Hotel, the overall cleanliness was ok, nothing to complain. The seat of the toilet was not fixed, the aircon was very noisy and after the breakfast the access cards to the room did not work anymore (but it was fixed by the check-in staff quickly)

The room is too small. The aircon doesn’t cool (window airconditioner). The bathroom sink clog-up.

Parking was a little hard to see coming in. The check in desk is a bit unusal with two seperate desks and you can get the two mixed up. Overall was great place to stay in manila for a few nights.

Location is good, the only thing i can share was the sink its too slow to drain the water i ended buying a stuff cleaner.

unhelpful staff, poor facilities no one cares (and in my time wont answer the phone also)The worst customer service ever encountered in a hotel not recommended!! On the first day of my stay I ask the reception to transfer me to other room as I Have work to do and the promised Wi-Fi was not usable as the signal is not good on. I also could not use my own data cellular because my view is only a big wall of a building next door resulting on no phone signal either!! The reception said no other rooms are available. I said I can wait for the next day when other guest are checking out… So on the next day I asked again the front desk if I can transfer she said she will not transfer me because I might still want to get yet another room again after this!! ..Judging me as a headache to them!!I had important work to do which is why I was there…They also said they wouldnt clean my room again Also there was no towels and bedding and this was mentioned on a board in reception but of course I didn’t know this until I arrived and had already paid non-refundable… I also choose this hotel to unwind in-between work but for my whole stay in this hotel was terrible experience by staff that didn’t and condescending.

To start with we could not reach Hotels.com when we had serious issues with this booking. The hotel did not respond to email before arrival. Website info is false. Restaurant-sauna-gym are closed. Overpriced and under-serviced. There are many places even during Covid that are much better.

The property is situated in central location of Cebu. Its wakable and convenient to stores and Ayala Mall. The staffs are very friendly and the quality of service is very good.

Pretty and very recently updated. Handy location, but dangerous roads. (Traffic..YIKES!) Staff were VERY courteous, smiling and helpful, but pretty obviously ingenuine. (In other words WELL TRAINED). Food...ESPECIALLY breakfast had little to know "American or European Dishes." If you like lots of different rice and noodles..cool, but get there early..they do not HEAT their Buffet. So, cold food is the norm. Could it hurt to make some bacon or sausage? Maybe an Omelette? How about a REAL hamburger? OTHER than the food...I really liked the place.

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating . Sinulog dancers were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. The had barbecue and music in front the hotel during our stay. James , the manager offered a complimentary transportation to our next hotel. I enjoyed it so much and found this hotel my 2nd home in Cebu. Thank you😀

The one thing that has amazed me was the excellent welcome of the Concierge staff. It was past midnight of January 4, 2020 and Joanna was the name of the Staff at the Concierge and she has welcome me very warmly and with great and positive energy. Thank you Joanna. And we had a great conversation as I checked in for my room accommodation. The briefing was perfect and I felt home away from home. The services were very good and the place was a very good and quiet place and very relaxing. Thank you very much Golden Prince Hotel and Suites. One of the lights in the room where I occupied was busted and the electrical staff was there right away to fix it. The Electrician's name was I think Ronnie. And so he fixed the busted light. Thank you Ronnie. Everything in the room was very good and really I was able to sleep well and relax before my activity during that day. I wish to recommend that you check in at Golden Prince Hotel and Suites if ever you are in Cebu City. It is really very great to stay at this Hotel. The food during the breakfast which was buffet in style was very delicious. It was generally Filipino Cuisine which were served yet there were foreign cuisines such as vegetable salads, French toast and other great food. When I left the hotel in the early morning of January 5, 2020 on my way to the airport for my early flight, the Security Staff was very courteous and accommodating to assist me to get a taxi. What a great service of small acts yet very important.
