Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Not much to this motel but it worked for us. Just needed a place to sleep for the night. Tiny, cozy room and very clean. Would stay again.

The pool wasn’t working, and we were not notified ahead of time. The worst part was the person at the front desk told me, “that’s why we put in a little mini golf game and you know, the lake is open 24/7.”

Very expensive for what we received. Windows had no screens so no air flow. Could not open door because the flies were so bad. Had to buy a fly swatter for flies already in the room. Really old uncomfortable mattress.
Stayed in Canada for six days, and this was the worst and most expensive place we stayed in.

We had to check in after 10pm. Front desk called us earlier in the evening to confirm us and gave us text message instructions on how to check in and retrieve our key, including a number to call if we ran into any issues. Thanks for being super awesome!

The motel is just a few steps away from the beach. I love the picnic area, bbq, and the nightlights in the middle of the property. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The building needs an update but the condition isn't too crazy. Plenty of parking spots. The indoor pool and hot tub were in renovation so I could not use them. The e-scooters are on-site for rent. The mattresses were terrible. It was more than soft. I think the wire springs in the mattresses were broken.

I also liked the grass area with tables and chairs and a couple of bbq in the middle of the motel.Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff.. shower head needs to be able to move as hit shower wall a which made it not a good shower especially for shorter people.
Bedroom attire needs to be updated .
Love the kitchen suite . Smoke detector is a bit sensitive when cooking .
Kitchen should include salt & pepper shakers , cookie sheet or something to bake on .
Pool out of swrvice this trip . Hopefully get to try it next time in town .

Room was small, but we found it clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk were friendly. We loved how close the motel in to Skaha Lake beach. Very convenient location and parking is great. If you are looking for an inexpensive option, this is a great choice.

Pros: Nicely renovated bathroom for the price of the room. Location is close to beach and has easy access to the highway and main roads. Good stay for the price.
Cons: Room was very small. Took a bit to figure out the a/c. Wifi was good but no space to do work on computer except on the bed.

If it wasn’t for the carpet in the room, I would have given a MUCH higher rating. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The carpet, however, was disgusting. Stained and dirty and really provided a more negative impression of the facility.

Cleanliness wasn’t the greatest as sand and some grime was around the rooms when we checked in. Great location to Skaha beach and friendly staff albeit one older lady closed the office quite a few times and was sitting in the back and not as knowledgeable about the area as you’d expect front counter staff to be. Great BBQ area for evening relax time.

The outside of the motel room was pretty decent. I wouldn't say the place was that clean unfortunately as the floors had dirt in each corner, carpet in bedroom didn't look vacuumed, dishes weren't the most clean, etc. Wishing they'd update the space some more and change the lighting to not be florescent. They've got a great location, it's just unfortunate with the rooms not feeling welcoming.

Check in was easy, friendly and quick. Room was large, with kitchen, tv, air conditioning and bright bathroom- all functioning well.
All linens were old, stained and worn out. One silverfish big in bed.
Parking was easy, and our night was pleasant and quiet.
Pool is clean and warm. Sauna locked closed.

Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work. The tv didn’t work( which they did try to fix but didn’t work) the floor was absolutely filthy. We took a towel and wiped it and it came up black. Feel we deserve a refund and we’ll never stay there again. This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of the three motels and weren’t happen with any of them but last night was the topping on the cake!

This was our first visit to the property, the room we had was clean and had great air conditioning for the warm weather. The décor of the room was dated, but everything worked and the room was clean. The center area was great for hanging out and cooking on the shared BBQs (cleaned daily). The staff was helpful and welcoming. Distance to the beach was great. We will be back!

It was fine, looked clean but found two spiders crawling on headboard and around fridge.
Only shampoo no conditioner, no kleenex , too pricey considering the lack of necessities.

Location was amazing! The motel itself was really old/tired feeling. Room was spacious enough, and having a full refrigerator when visiting fruit country is a huge benefit. The A/C was really only limited to the bedroom though, and was very loud. Bedding was very slippery and kept needing adjustment through the night. Bathroom was incredibly small with a shower only and no tub.

We only stayed 1 night, but enjoyed our stay. Minutes to walk to the lake, nice park area across the street, quiet area. Our room was small, but it was clean and all we needed for 1 night. Staff were friendly and cheerful. I'd stay again!

Love this location, close to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Love that Gillian’s is on site for an ice cream. The BBQ area and tables are great for visiting and enjoying the weather.

Definitely nothing fancy. Outdated and simple but the staff were great and the room was clean. Although we didn't use it, they have a nice outdoor area with two large BBQs and a few picnic tables which would be great for families or bigger groups. The 2 minute walk to Skaha lake is the biggest plus. We will be back again before the end of summer!
