Great location near Old Town that offers monitored parking for €10/night (a steal). Huge rooms, hot water, affordable rates. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel room. AC was advertised on the website, it was broken when we stayed there. Brought it up with Expedia and the hotel, hotel staff actually lied to Expedia on the phone saying they disclosed it at check in, extremely poor customer service and would not give a discount. Would not stay here again for that reason (room was 85 degrees F until about 2 AM making it hard to sleep), poor customer service, only bad experience we had in two weeks in Romania. Don’t expect the staff to be helpful if an issue arises.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. They had a smoking balcony on the first and second floors, and nice music in the hallways.

Overall - a very good experience, a solid 4 stars. I wish to be able to say it was an excellent experience. The only issue was with the AC turning off on its own ( or being turned off centrally by the reception desk) - leaving the room consistently at 24degC vs. my desire for 21degC.

Modern, clean comfortable rooms. Located very close to the main square, and plenty of restaurants. There is some parking available, only a few spaces, but there is on-street parking within walking distance.

The free parking was great. The breakfast was plentiful. Great location to the old town.

This is a nice relatively modern property. It was very well located within easy walking distance of the main square in Brasov. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel to friends.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was lovely with plenty of food for non meat eaters like myself and the facilities comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Great place to stay!

The hotel is well located and pretty nice. The only problem we faced was the breakfast. Thirty minutes after the opening, they were running out of food. The staff was also insufficient. Very bad planning here at the restaurant.

From the outside the hotel does not look so good but the room was immaculate and well equipped with the added bonus of free parking on site. Staff were very helpful and informative. The location is just on the edge of the old town which can be reached within 5 mins walk.A great base from which to explore places like Bran castle and Siniaia. Breakfast was very basic although adequate.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the center. Cleanliness was impeccable with tasty breakfast. My wife had a small accident and hurt her leg. The reception staff where helpful in giving us an ice pack and keeping it for us in their freezer. All staff where helpful and great especially Miruna and Tiberiu who for sure is an asset to the hotel.

Parking was good, room was modern and comfortable although we were moved due to a water issue. Staff were very accommodating. So handy to the old Square area and gardens.If driving you will find the hotel car park entrance a bit hard to find and the parking area itself quite narrow. That said it posed no problems.Breakfast was included and quite satisfactory. A great place to stay.

The location was good, the room and the hotel were okay. But the AC system was so loud! Every 3-4 minutes it made a weird loud sound, it was impossible to sleep in the room. Tip: don't stay in the room #103. The breakfast choice was limited. Coffee from coffee machine was for additional charge.

This is the first 1/5 hotel review Ive left on this website, and I would have left this hotel a 5/5 rating until I found out from speaking with the staff how poorly they are treated by the owners. Everything about the hotel is great: the room, the location, the breakfast etc. But when I had a chat with one of the staff one morning, to my horror and disgust I found out that they are completely exploited, for pennies on the dollar, by the management. I am never coming back here again, nor will I have my money spent on a hotel that abuses their hard working staff, most of whom are barely adults.Its obvious now when I look back why the hotel was run so well: they are running a sweat shop to keep their standards high. But look closely into the eyes of their staff, and you will see fatigue and misery :(I hope hotels.com is looking at the morale of the hotel staff as well when they recommend hotels.

Very good Hotel close to the old town with free parking! Good breakfast - Lucian was very accommodating and helpful. Only downside was the poor internet!
