Did not arrange transportation from the airport despite requesting to do so. Breakfast and front desk are highly satisfactory. Dental kit, shaving kit and slippers need to be requested from reception

Great staff, everyone at this was courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facility is well maintained.

STAY WAS GOOD AND CONFORATABLE.

The room was clean and functional, but wasn’t ready for two guests. Only one towel no hand towel, fridge was off and AC off! phone to house keeping and reception permanently engaged so had to replace abiya and go down myself. New towels were thin and Raghu! Didn’t try breakfast thought it was expensive for hotel type!

went on business trip, easy access location on main street of Yanbu, clean and well maintained room, very nice breakfast included, will definitely stay again when traveling to Yanbu

The hotel is in isolated area with very small room. The price is high in compare to other furnished flats around the same area with better rooms and same facility

Had only a short overnight stay, but will have no problem using Ibis again. Cheap and personnel friendly and helpful, roomservice were good and the food they brought was also ok.All in all above average for this class of hotel.

Good hotel for business, the only disadvantage is the location which 30 min driving to the Royal commission

Hotel is located within walking distance of most town facilities and shops. West facing rooms have clear view of Yanbu Harbor and room corridor is well-lit. The reception staff are generally friendly and helpful with little check-in/check-out issues. Daily papers are available by the restaurant or reception. Shoe polishers are also available near the lifts. For those not keen on exercising in the searing outdoor heat, Ibiz Yanbu provides a friendly cool gym for your healthy daily work-outs

Since this is a budget hotel, nothing much to be expected. If you had stayed at any other Ibis property, this is pretty much the same. No surprises/disappointments. I was looking for a universal plug for my computer which they did not provide till check out!

Rooms are clean, new, quiet, and comfortable. The staff are untrained, except for the locals who seem having experience. Restaurant is overpriced with medium diner's quality level. They have pool, gym, smoking rooms, free wifi (very poor in rooms), free parking

I did not have much expectations. All I wanted was a cheap and clean hotel and I got that. Although I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again, I get the impression however that the hotel will not be maintained with time and it will start feeling old soon enough.
