it was really good. nice. neat. good restaurant and breakfast buffet

The food and room service was really good. The rates are also reasonable for the services

The rooms itself were not bad but the service was not satisfactory. When asked for something they reply rudely and cut your words.

Staff and service are excellent, yet the roof top facility is missing

Stayed for 1 night. Convenient for airport but ortheros it is on a very poor autos and one can feel trapped

At most this hotel is a 2.5 or 3 star hotel even by India’s standards. I was surprised when I entered that it was given such a high rating. The WiFi didn’t work when we arrived which made it impossible to get work done. The public areas of the hotel smelled like sewer especially the restrooms near the bar on L1 which were unbearable. The staff tried to charge us an extra $1,100 per night on checkout after we prepaid for the room. We got into an argument with the manager over this who would not take the charge off. I had to call Expedia who was great and ended up crediting my account for the charge the hotel wanted to add onto my account. I would suggest you stay at a different hotel if you are in Chennai.

Great stay. Staff and Service is superb. Also nice gym and pool. Excellent Breakfast everyday. Comfortable big rooms.

Our second time staying at the Hablis. Nice hotel with a great pool and close to the airport.

The stay facilities are really gud.As far as staff response is concerned ,individually when they attened you they seem tobe ok but there is problem of coordination leading to extraordinary time delay in all calls. The guest service coordination is very poor,they check your patiencce threshold every time. Need to improve. Moreover the facility to Drivers stay and convenience is terribly poor and nil .Star hotel ambience felt but delivery bad.

Friendly customer focused staff. Breakfast service was very good and personalalised. Ritika and the chef were very service oriented. Front office staff were great

The room service is very poor in terms of timing and you have to call them 2-3 times to get something. The reception staffs are good and so is breakfast staff. I was given a non smoking suite full of smoke in the bathroom and had to live with it.They always say that the room you have boooked is not available and hence we going to give you another room. The room they have provide was cheaper than I booked.

Had a short pleasant stay at the hablis. Food was really nice. Reasonably priced hotel.

Great location.. around 15 mins from airport. Excellent stay. complimentary breakfast was yummy. Overall good experience

Overall Nice Hotel, Close to Airport, which is important for me since I have problems waking up early. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The breakfast was good with a mix of continental and indian food.

Close to Airport. Good facility but would not allow my guest visitor to the room. Paying 5 start rate to be treated this way was very disappointing. Will not recommend. The front desk staff was saying the rules would not allow visitor to the room.

I like to stay here overnight when travelling via Chennai to or from further south in Tamil Nadu .

I stayed here for one night to catch an early morning flight. Reportedly just 3 kms from the chennai airport. Came from a late night flight from Mumbai and tried to check into the Hotel at 1:30am. 1. The check-in was extremely slow. Not sure why when there was no body at the counter. 2. Room looked clean and had decent amenities. The ONLY plus in the hotel so far. 3. Could not get a few hours of sleep because there was loud noises from upstairs and from the next room. The staff said there was construction work going on or the Room service staff were banging the door of the customer next door so he will wake up and take the delivery. At 2am?? 4. woke up 20 mins late and with the sunday morning traffic missed my flight. 5. Breakfast was awful. I saw a variety of stuff on the buffet but the food was tasteless. You can pick any place in Chennai and the food will definitely taste good....... so not sure where they hired their cooks. Added to this, the Hotel staff called me on the phone when I was checking into a later flight - they asked if I had checked out of my room. They said there was another person checking out of my room!!!!!!!! Definitely that was a scary thing to hear.

Excellent staff attitute and pride in their proffession. Every member of the hotel took extra care to minute detail to my comfort. It is a brand new property and has pproblems associated with fine tuning the details. Lacks swimming pool but that, I was told, is a temporary issue. Highly recommend this property to any discerning international traveller.

Stayed there for two nights. Very close to the airport. Nice hotel and good service. Affordable buffets. Experienced a few times of power shutdowns. Nothing much around the neighborhood.

It was wonderful. I would love to stay here in my next visits to the city. I loved the service and the hotel staff were very nice.
