Hotel Staff were brilliant an helpful. I would like the curtains to be changed in light colour so the rooms looks more bright coz the room we stayed had a dark curtains an can’t actually tell weather it’s a day or night??

Everything about the property was excellent specially the staff

Lights are too dark. The room has bad smell sometimes

The spread of food for the Buffet Breakfast was at best, comparable to a 3.5 Star-rated hotel; especially for the "Cold-food" selection.

To be a 5 stars I expected more, breakfast needs more organisation in the staff, and really small restaurant for so many rooms..

Too many rules, and timings of gym or pool

I checked in at 8pm and went to take a shower but there was only luke warm water. In the morning, there was hot water. There was no valet parking nor any show shine service by the conceirge. The TV remote was not working. The shower gel and shampoo are in a box of which you cannot squeeze out, hence it take done effort to use these amenities vs. a standard tube.

I stayed for three nights in this wonderful hotel I was a amazing stay Everything is perfect Form the room to the staff Thank you for making my stay so perfect.

The hotel is nice and new. The room is big and comfortable however the room lighting is very dimmed and depressing, there is not enough lighting and moreover the room color is dark which made it even darker.

I stayed in Sharjah while visiting some friends. The hotel staff was very welcoming from the beginning. The rooms are comfortable and clean. In particular I appreciated that rooms do not have floor carpeting, which often is dusty or dirty. Bathroom was well lit and spacious, with both a tub and an adjacient shower. Everything about the room was impeccable. Ob top of that I had very nice view of the creek, just as requested at the time of the booking. I tried the gym and the pool too. The facilities were exquisitely clean and well maintained. The only suggestion i would have to the hotel would be to place a non-slippery mat by the pool as one could slip while entering, as i almost did.Overall i would consider my stay very pleasant and will definitely stay again next time im in Sharjah.
