We stayed here pre COVID and I think the property has been neglected a bit since then. Still an awesome location and good sized villas but the bed was uncomfortable and the queen seemed small. Very quiet and family friendly and great being able to go next door to the Nautilus for dinner and Spa

Muri Beach is one of the most beautiful parts of the island, and this resort is walking distance from a lot of places (Captain Tamas, convenient store, market etc as well as other resorts). Staff was really friendly and helpful. Only 2 comments/suggestions: 1) Swimming pool needs to be lit up at night, it's very dark and dangerous. 2) Our beds were really soft, old and uncomfortable (springs hurt)

We had a great holiday staying at Muri Beach Resort. The villa was comfortable and had enough room for 3 people. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Having the option of swimming and dining at the sister resort next door was great. Nice quiet spot and walking distance to shops and market. The only complaints we had earlier on was our aircon was faulty for the first 3 days which made it difficult for sleeping as it was so hot and the pool was emptied for maintenance and out of action for the last 3 days of our stay but could use the pool next door. Overall, a lovely and cosy place to stay.

Great all round place to stay. On the water, morning sunrises, friendly staff, paddle boards, nice pool. Would stay again.

It was an excellent place to stay,close to the beach a handy shop and being able to cook in the room was excellent, but best of all were the staff, super friendly and extremely helpful

We absolutely loved our stay in a 2 bedroom villa. We had an extra bed in the living room which still left ample room for five people to enjoy the space. A stroll through the resort to the lagoon, hours spent kayaking and paddle boarding - bliss. A nice private deck at the villa to have breakfast, a gorgeous swimming pool, beautiful gardens and good car parking were all big ticks for us. We can’t wait to stay here again and will be booking another trip soon.

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. The Villa could have been cleaner and the ‘resort’ is missing several facilities eg bar restaurant that I would normally expect at a resort. We were able to use the restaurant at the resort next door but their guests got priority. We feel their customer service could definitely be improved. However the resort is in a great location and free use of kayaks and paddle boards was great

We had a wonderful stay! Our villa was in a great spot and in good condition. The highlight was probably the staff: they were all super friendly, helpful, and informative. There were a few small issues with the villa, but nothing to really complain about. Our check-in was a bit awkward because we showed up early in the morning before the front desk was staffed, but it got sorted out fairly quickly. The grounds were kept in good condition and the location of the resort is fantastic -- I'd argue it's about as good as you can get on the island! We'd definitely stay there again if we went back!

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere - the unit was great and well equipped.

We loved how quiet the resort was and that it didn't feel over-crowded. Loved the proximity to the beach and the lovely deck overlooking the water. Enjoyed the pool and the meals in the Aqua Cafe were delicious and very reasonably priced.

Perfect location on Muri beach, would stay again

Was slightly out dates, could use a face lift, everything was clean. Did not get our room cleaned whilst we stayed there so only thing we could have had was that, otherwise very nice.

Clean and pleasant facilities. Located right on the lagoon and next to Nautilus resort. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms could do with an upgrade but overall a good place to stay.

Extremely friendly and welcoming resort, in a very picturesque setting on Muri Beach. Comfy bed, good facilities in the room and extremely close to the night markets and nearby cafes/restaurants too

Rooms were clean as was pool and grounds. Excellent meals at the pool area. Reception was great as a concierge. The manager took us in his own car when a taxi failed to show.

Overall stay was great, perfect sized villa for a small family. Sometimes obtaining answers to queries was a little difficult but when they were able to answer it was above and beyond. Staff recommendations were also really appreciated.

Took our 7 month old on his first overseas trip and Muri Beach Resort had all the basic necessities we needed. Pool, beach, kitchen in room so we could cook for us and our lil one and walking distance to the closest little town. Friendly staff, can’t wait to visit again

We really enjoyed our stay in a pool view villa which was about 15 steps away from the pool and bar area. The villa was perfect, and had a kitchen with x2 hobs and a microwave, although we never actually cooked as the Muri night market kept us fed 4 of the 7 nights we stayed (only a brief 5 minute walk away). Happy hour cocktails $10 between 3-5pm daily, bucket x4 Heineken $20 and $6 wines went down a treat! We will definitely be back

Good accommodation very handy to beach and everything at Muri Beach

The front desk staff was hit and miss, one day would be someone helpful and amazing, the next would act like you’re an inconvenience. Beautiful property, clean and well maintained and found The locals to be friendly and welcoming.

Lovey hotel, not flashy but comfortable and well-appointed. With kitchen utensils and crockery so you can self-cater if wanted. Close to Nautilus (sister hotel). Lots of water sports equipment available to use for free. Friendly staff. We had a queen bed but as we we were 2 friends travelling together they happily made up a single bed.

Location is great in muri, lots of local places to eat and drink at all budgets. Use of kayaks and sup for free was great, there just isnt enough paddles. We had one bad night where there was a flood and we were told to move rooms at 11pm. We were given a clean new room but unfortunately the roof developed a leak and so a very restless night of listening to a drip every 5 seconds occurred. As other people were in a worse position, we endured it. Sadly the next day no apologies were offered, no compensation. Even a free brekkie would have been good but no, Just your room didnt flood so you can move back. Thats it.Overall we really enjoyed our stay, we would go back and would highly recommend. Value for money was fantastic and we really thought we got one of the best places on muri. If we could change one thing it would be how we are treated when something goes wrong. I would have expected the manger to visit and check we are all good and offer an apology.
