Everything was fine, other than louder than usual truck noise from the freeway.

Was greeted when we first got there. Easy to check in and room was ready for us. Bed was a little hard but they may have been because we were in a handicapped room. Breakfast was good and all items in the bathroom were available

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very Clean, nice desk personnel , Breakfast was top notch - didn't seem to run out of anything, handled a large amount of people with ease. Would stay again. I split the room cost with a friend so for 2 stay I stayed for 170.00 a night~ when all was said and done with taxes. Will stay here again.

I made a reservation through Expedia, but because of of an illness, requested a credit to use for a date in the near future. Expedia took the request and told me they were waiting on a response from the hotel that could take several days. Expedia also said I was free to call the hotel if I would like to see if I could get a response sooner. When I called the hotel, they said they couldn’t help me and that I had to talk to Expedia. The only other message I received was from the hotel through Expedia the day of the original reservation with check-in directions. Today I received a request to rate my stay that never came to fruition. Neither the hotel nor Expedia was willing to respond when requested, yet they were more than willing to take my money. Very disappointed in Expedia and Hampton Inn Niagara Falls/Blvd.

The property is great! Getting into it, was not ideal - we arrived late and had to drive through the RedRoof Inn Parking lot and there seemed to be some odd sketchy things going on there.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was small and unheated but very private. The walking surface around the pool was VERY slippery when wet. I actually fell after getting out - a bit dangerous at 67 years old,but luckily only bruised.

About 1 mile from the falls. We had a king room with a jacuzzi which was great and the breakfast was great with lots of options.

We are have allergy with pork. That serving pork and egg in same hot box. I requested to keep a side when they refill but not excepted.

And they didn't have shuttle to the fall area do each time we drove there with stuck in traffic and no place to park. So for the price they charge they should offer free shuttle to Niagra fall

Really great and conveniently located off of the interstate. I thought it was going to be loud but our room faced the front parking and didn’t hear a thing. Some guests were loud in the middle of the night but not really the hotel’s fault. Lots of stores around if you need anything and good driving distance from Niagara Falls and Little Italy which we drove to.

My husband and I stayed there part of our honeymoon. The front staff who checked us in was not very welcoming.
Even though I had called after booking to tell my stay was for my honeymoon. They did nothing extra in the room, not even a note or anything. When I asked the staff said she gave me an upgraded room.
Keep in mind the so call upgrade was the same room I had selected and paid extra for. SMH! I am sure if I’m ever in that area again I will not be staying at that location.

First the staff was very rude. Second the room was terrible smelled like cat pee. Could not take the room due allergies from that dusty muskie pee smelling room. Hotel is not clean if you're looking for a clean hotel. I will not recommend this hotel at all. If you are looking for friendly staff I will not recommend this hotel at all. The hotel took our money and told us to find a different hotel. We were from out of town, we were able to find A really nice clean hotel, friendly staff. We did get our money back but we had to pull teeth. Zero stars.
