The staff was so helpful especially despite our staying in the apartment, a few blocks from the main hotel. They came as soon as we needed anything. Both the hotel and the apartment were absolutely lovely. We had a few issues in the apartment, like not receiving paper towels for the kitchen, or the coffee machine breaking. But they fixed it. There was also a strange smell from the Master BR airconditioner on our 2nd day, but we just aired the room out. Otherwise, the space was beautiful! The mansion hotel was stunning. They also surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday during breakfast, and alerted the restaurant that evening to do something special for me as well. I was so touched by their attentiveness and special efforts!

What an amazing little place! Made you feel like a million! Peaceful! You wouldn’t know you were in the middle of a historical and bustling city! The staff were friendly and helpful!

What an amazing hotel with excellent service! We were welcomed immediately when we arrived, and the staff was excellent and thoughtful during our entire stay. The hotel location was terrific, and our room was very nice. We loved the little touches—guitar in the courtyard before dinner, a beautiful rooftop, quiet times during sleep hours. But the thing that made this one of my favorite hotel stays in a very long time was the service. Top notch.

The staff met us at Santa Cruz location with our car rental. Helped us with our bags and parked our rental car for us during our stay. When we checked in they gave us welcome drinks and snacks while doing the paper work. It was clean, close to restaurants, and safe. The roof top has amazing views of the city. Wonderful experience! 10/10

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old Sevilla. We actually stayed in on if their apartments around the corner and it was fantastic. Very close to great restaurants and attractions like the Chapel and Alcázar.

The attention from staff could not have been better. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt properly spoilt. The evening concert in the lovely central courtyard by a young classical guitarist was exceptional. The room was great and the bed was very big and comfy. Overall I can’t fault the experience in any way. We travel a lot but this place really is special. Sad we couldn’t stay longer.

The hotel is in a great location, it is beautiful inside, the staff was super helpful, cheerful and kind and our room was impeccable. Would strongly recommend!!

Great location and wonderful staff. We stayed in the apartment #2. It is important to know that the apartment has a lot of noise at night. The sound proofing with the floor above is poor-- all 4 nights we were there it sounded like they were moving furniture upstairs or jumping around at 11-12:30 at night. There was also a fair amount if street noise. Lastly, it is and feels quite separate from the property. I had read 150 meters but that would be if flying aerially-- it is a few short blocks away-- about 250 meters. That said, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful and the location is fantastic and all was very clean. So I would still stay there again, but it would not be a fit for people who are sensitive to noise or really want the hotel experience.

Absolutely superb hotel. Outstanding friendly helpful staff. Beautiful old building in small side street. Bed, bedroom and shower room all of very high standard and kept spotlessly clean on daily basis. Lovely views from roof terrace. A small pool would have been welcome - it was high 30s touching 40 degrees when we were there!

Location: charming side of town but no car access. Taxi left me 3 blocks away and I got lost getting there because it is a medina. Room on the first floor was loud and I had difficulty sleeping because 2nd floor travelers made noises upstairs. Chairs were moved late at night: May have been staff rearranging the patio tables/chairs. Bed was extraordinarily comfortable. Loved the shower and the M B bathroom toilets. Staff was warm and extremely pleasant and they made an effort to speak to you in your preferred language. Hotel is location of 16th century school with original ceilings. Loads of charm. Located in the best part of town. Loved the watermelon juice and other natural juices. Enjoyed the nightly live guitar music. Can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. Hope you enjoy your next stay as much as I did with my stay.

Beautiful hotel but best part was the helpfulness of the staff - in particular Rocío and Matilde. The room, although smaller (standard) was lovely and provided Molton Brown toiletries 😀 Rocío booked us a history and tapas tour as well as Flamenco which was outstanding. Plan to return to beautiful Seville and would stay in same hotel but would splash out on a superior room.

This hotel is a treasure, offering quiet, elegant beauty infused with natural light, a multitude of green plants, and carefully chosen art. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed listening to the guitar performance each evening in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet area. Very special. A glass of cava on the rooftop at night looking at the churches is a must.

We had a great stay for 4 days at this hotel. It is smack in the middle and it has one of the most beautiful patio andalus we have seen. This stay gets 5 stars, however it is a little minus as the breakfast of the hotel service was chaotic and inconistent. The waiters did not seem to have much experience. Some days you woukd get juice and fruit other days not. All in all a great stay and we woukd definitely come back here. The concert at 1900 each evening was a great experience. We tried the concelierges restaurant recommendation and it turned out to be one of the best food experiences in Sevilla!

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Room wasnt the biggest but lovely inside. Window facing courtyard so quite dark. No balcony which would have been lovely. Lots of positives and would recoomend a stay here. The only negatives would be, expensive for just a room breakfast was extra, hotel lacked atmosphere no buzz. Rooftop was barran a couple of sunbeds, no bar to get a drink or no way of ordering unless you went downstairs. Would have been great to gave domd wster feature even if just a shower to cool down as extremely hot and dry up there.

Wish i could add more stars. Beautiful hotel well located but is hard to find from cab drop off, so definitely need to take advantage of hotel booking for private service to pickup or drop off. Rocio was amazingly responsive and helpful in arranging anything we needed from terrific flamenco tickets to restaurant reservations. I felt like she was my own personal assistant. It was a wonderfully pampered experience and well worth indulging!

It is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond with service.
