Great time nice place and clean. Only thing needs over there at coffee to the rooms and that will be perfect. You can find any coffee outside location and walking distance.

The staff was kind, the property was clean, and parking was easy. We were able to get walk to restaurants and activities. My family and I had a great time!

Quiet place to stay with many LA attractions within a 30 minute drive.

It was an ok property for the price we got it seemed ok , not the prettiest , walls were stained , the carpet looked dirty , we stayed only for 7 hours so worked for us to only sleep and out .

The room was simple yet clean. Only complain we have, not really a major one, is the noise from the opening and closing of other rooms. But it could have been an issue by those renting the other rooms.

Everything was in walking distance, restaurants and shopping. Disliked: no cable and it said it had breakfast we didn’t see anything. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Good for stay

Very basic, no breakfast, thin walls, “worn around the edges.” We could hear everything next door and above us. Busy street. Good location for eastern L.A. activities.

No charge for parking. That was a plus. Check in was easy and quick. Of course when books through a third party site your booked in a room that’s not convenient or their norm. Learned that a while ago unfortunately. Was in a room on 2nd floor. 217. Was clean but still felt dirty if that makes sense. The table and two chairs in common area, the seats of both chairs had noticeable stains on them. No thanks. The carpet seemed yucky. The towels in the bathroom, specifically the towel for the floor outside the shower, while clean, has noticeable stains in the center. Thought that was gross on top of all the other very obvious things that needed upgrading or tending to. Only positive was the microwave and mini fridge. Bedding was scarce and definitely gave off a yuck factor after everything else. Only used the sheet and hoped for the best that I didn’t experience anything else but sleep the one night I stayed. Overall, you get what you pay for. Clean as best as it could be. Seemed safe. No charge for parking. Just run down and in need of an overhaul. Wonder if I booked directly if room would have been different. A definite bias to those checking in using a third party app. Not my first rodeo with that.

Nothing special. Below average. Ice machine looked like someone urinated in the drain well. Pillow were stained. Shower curtain was dirty.

Everything about our stay was pretty average and acceptable. The only downside was that our room smelled of smoke despite being clean.

The property was in great condition, and the staff and service was excellent.

This is definitely NOT a $200 a nite room. Shower chair was filthy, dried blood on towels. Shower floor was so slippery, i had to put a towel down on it to keep from falling. Patch work several places on the walls unpainted. It reminded me of a Motel 6, but i definitely didn't get what i paid for.

We checked in at 10 pm after a festival concert. The place was quiet and clean and perfect for a short, overnight stay. We would come back!

For the price, it was an excellent place to stay. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There are fast food areas within walking distance. They changed towels each day parking was good. The rooms were clean .

The staff was very nice and super helpful for an accidental early check-in. Room was clean. Location was beautiful and super easy to get in and out of. The hot water wasn't the hottest which was slightly disappointing but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Would recommend to a friend.

I have an injury & can’t bring my suitcase upstairs, was told they are fully booked and they couldn’t help me get a ground floor room. No elevator. The room smells heavily of bleach, is not clean feeling. Very unhealthy environment. I asked for a refund and was told to talk to Expedia.

Clean hotel room in a very convenient location. Easy parking. Would stay here again.
