It had indoor pool, the breakfast is awesome! If I could change one thing I’d extend breakfast to 9:30 or 10.

The problem i have wth this facility is no hot water. Hotels with no hot water are a complete deal breaker for me. Otherwise it was a nice stay, but its basic fundamental amenty of hot water. Fail.

Quiet. Clean

Property was 3.5 stars in my book. BFast was a good start. Rooms were not as quiet as expected. Had high school team on 3d floor yelling, running in halls about elevator service I stepped out and advised them past 1000pm and stairs were an option and I’d call the desk to help with elevator. Elevators worked very slowly and had to be reset by staff several times over the 3 day stay. Staff did respond when asked. Talking with other reunion members at other Hotels in Area had similar elevator problems.

Quiet area, very convenient for my trip

Elevators weren’t working, ice machine on our floor was broken, there was a cricket in the a/c of our room so we asked to move. Breakfast was nothing special.. kinda disappointed!

Great hotel with a big and clean room. Great amenities with ample parking for my moving truck and car hauler. Very safe area and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend it

The overnight clerk was very kind and accommodating. It was nice to be so welcomed even with a very late arrival. We liked the free breakfast which is better than most hotels. The room was very clean. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I will be back next time I come through.

Clean. Quiet.

We had several disappointments in the room we stayed in. 1. There was 2 sitting chairs missing….we didn’t have enough room to sit our family that came to see us, which was the point in ordering the type of room we ordered. 2. The bathroom door latch didn’t match up, therefore it wasn’t stay shut. We have a toddler that we had to keep chasing out of the bathroom. 3. We had asked upon checking in that our trash be taken out every day of stay due to our toddler wearing diapers. Didn’t happen…we had to ask again about 5pm the next day because we couldn’t stand the smell of the dirty diapers. We ended up having to set the trash out in the hall ourselves in order to get it taken and was never given more trash bags. 4. The “free” breakfast was exactly the same every…single… day! 5. We had to ask for linens for the hide a bed, even though we listed toddler on guest list. 6. Not all the lights worked in our room. 7. We were put on the 3rd floor with a toddler and I’m handicapped.

Amazing customer service, very accommodating with pets! Great breakfast and clean room!! We will be back and we stayed 5 days so we got a really good feel for it.

The floors are NASTY!! In the rooms and in the halls they are really dirty. Other than that not too bad. Last time had broken tile floors in restroom, this time the TV didn’t work

Friendly staff that addressed concerns promptly and was accommodating, needs more cleaning and feels old due to that! AC in lobby not working. Everything feels dingy and dirty.

The hotel is in a good location good area. The only problem is either. It has poor management or poor owners or poor property management group because the inside is dirty. The lobby air conditioner want on. The floors were dirty. The elevators were dirty. The carpet and the hallways were dirty the room blinds, all of them were ripped. They don’t close all the way there was no hot water in the shower. The outside of looks pretty decent, but you could tell that there’s no one taking care of it at all.

Staff was extremely friendly. Perfect stop for the overnight stay we needed during our trip. Our room was clean and quiet. AC easily kept the room cool. Our room had a smart TV which was a bonus! No hassle to have our dog with us.

It is a new property and felt like it is in the remote area

My stay was really good except maintenance never came to fix something in the wrong that needed to be fixed. I had to figure out a w3. Guest service and breakfast was great!

Good, not great. Tv didn’t work. Bathroom was barely ok.
