We came into the hotel, after a long drive from Cooperstown. It was very noisy, upon entering because of a big hockey group. Noise was supposed to be ended by 10 pm, but continued till at least 11:15, when I had to go to the desk and find the clerk to have him talk to the noisy group in the lounge area. The noise was reduced after that, but another thing, My channels 2-10 were scrambled and could not watch them. Mentioned to clerk the next day, but he said nothing. Please do not allow big groups to congregate till 11 pm in the lounge.

The staff were friendly and efficient right from check in to check out. The room was clean but could use some tender loving care, i.e. a piece of moisture stripping was missing from the bottom of the shower door and water ran out on the floor when showering. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The location had easy access to the highways.

Nice quiet hotel

When we arrived everything seemed fine. It was late, we had been on the road all day so we were tired. In the morning, I noticed that a used bar of soap was in the shower and the shampoo offered were little travel bottles. I mentioned this to my family and thats when my son explained that his bed sheets were covered in chip crumbs. He noticed the night before and shook them off the bed but didn't say anything to us as we were just exhausted. This is absolutely disgusting and means that he slept in dirty sheets someone had used the prior night and likely we did too. Aparently the staff just pulled the comforter back on the bed and pulled the dirty towels out and replaced, hopefully with fresh ones. We will never know. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

Bathroom light on with exhaust fan with noise no peace there . Light and fan should be separate. Small place of breakfast also breakfast was just so so

Our stay was good, it was relatively quiet, the staff were friendly. We didn't have any hand towels but plenty of wash clothes.

Great front desk help with dining suggestions and trouble with the key.

Comfort quiet location,,enjoyable

Conveniently located to the casino. Gas station next door. There are not a whole lot of restaurants in the vicinity, however there are several down the road. Beds are comfortable but very high off the floor. Difficult for older individuals to get in and out of bed. The continental breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable and clean.

I was unable to make the trip due to unforeseen circumstances . I notified Hotels.com asking for a refund although I booked the reservation where no refunds were given.l. The agent was very kind and was to reach out to the hotel requesting the refund. I have never gotten a response.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before. I love the breakfast. This stay the breakfast was not as kept up as prior stays. The food was not refilled and the hot water and coffee not restocked. No tops for the coffee cups. I also forgot to bring my own pillow. The square overstuffed pillows in the rooms are hard to sleep on.

Close to casino/racetrack

The carpet in our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in several days and the bathroom floor was disgusting. The mattress and boxsprings were terribly stained. The room smelled terrible. Several items were not in working order. When we got home we washed all of our clothes and our bags for fear of bedbugs. The Excellent rating for this hotel was absolutely not correct.

Need serious attention to the cleanliness!

Another dated hotel. Shower door was missing all but 6" of its waterproof stripping, thus causing bathroom floor to flood after a shower. Towels were too brief to sop it all up. Floor stripping in shower was moldy. How could that happen? A shot of chlorox would have cleared that up.

Great place to stay — great location to anything you need including the casino

We liked that it was close enough to the highway for easy access but not so close to hear the noise. The floors could have been cleaner in the room and under the sink there were signs that the sink had been leaking a while.

My only complaint about the motel was that the refrigerator didn’t get cold. We had to get ice to keep our things cold. Staff looked at it but said that it was a “glorified cooler”. I have never had this issue at any place that we have stayed. It was very inconvenient. Then, some of the other guests around room 127 or 129 was smoking pot and it was pouring out into the hall. I would not have expected that in a nicer facility.

Comfortable room, easy access from the freeway. Would stay again!

Overall it was ok. There was a crack in the shower floor. Did not notice until the next morning when we went to shower. Hotel was unable to compensate us. We had to go elsewhere to shower

Amazing place for an unbeatable value

Easy to get to. Nice staff. Great breakfast.

The property was great, but there needed to be more visible sign on 90 west to let you know when to exit. We drove right past the exit.

location was fine for the places we traveled to. Easy to get in and out Room was large and clean and comfortable.

very pleased with this hotel - would recommend it!
