When I slept, either the room or the mattress smelled like dog pee or poo, which understandable since this hotel is pet friendly. They should assign certain rooms for people who don’t have pets or want to smell pets urine.

Overall, the property was nice and clean. Front desk staff was super friendly. Only complaint was that it is located on a busy road right by a hospital. It was a little noisy, but not unbearable. We stayed for 1 night and it was very convenient.

It’s the price that is to high that brings everything down. The light bulb was flashing when I entered room if I was epileptic I probably would have a seizure. The bathroom shampoo conditioner and body wash was very low or completely empty. Breakfast was very low quality and only one older woman working and couldn’t keep up with the guests.

Pros: We reserved the double bedroom, living room, and kitchen suite. The layout, cleanliness, and decor was great. The breakfast options were a bit better than the standard hotel fair, which was appreciated.
Cons: Hotel service left our room propped open all day w/o after the morning cleaning. The area around the hotel didn't seem very safe or clean. Also, near a hospital so you heard every ambulance that came and went. The bar has very, very limited food service so plan on traveling to eat.

The desk clerk was away from front desk, waited on him a good 20-25 minutes to get back for check in. The air condition was out in the lobby! Room was fine if it hadn’t been for no refund on room would have went somewhere else

The breakfast was horrible. The mattress we had needed to be replaced years ago. It was so wore out each side had it own divet that sank in about 4 inches.

Everything was comfortable and convenient -- nice kitchenette, good shower and towels, well-arranged furniture, comfortable bed.
The color scheme is rather terrifying, red/black/charcoal.

Easily the nicest hotel in Springfield we’ve stayed at! The only downsides- traffic was LOUD from our 5th floor room which made for a long night. Also, our bathroom was not as clean as I would hope for. Everything else was wonderful!

My adult kids were able to check in early after driving all night to be with a family member in the hospital. They were greeted with kindness, cleanliness and comfort. It was a blessing in an otherwise tough 24 hours.

The problem is that the TownePlace over booked and we were put up at the Hilton Garden Inn which is nothing like your facility. When we come to town Towne Place is the only place we stay at. Very unhappy even though we did not have to pay for the Garden Inn room just was not the same. We understand from the management at the Garden Inn that this happens more than not so we are going to be looking for another place to stay in town so we don't get switched again. I am sorry it just was not a good experience.

The room was a great place to unwind after a long drive. Kitchenette was a bonus. Just a quick 5 minutes down the road to Missouri State.
Nice pool - it's indoor, so slightly heated would have been nice, but that's just personal preference.
Breakfast was good and staff very friendly.

One of the best suites I’ve stayed.
Pros: clean, privacy, nice decor
Cons: no body wash or shampoo, shower head cover was missing- no way to adjust water pressure, carpet close to restroom was very wet, no trash cans in rooms & very small cans in restroom & kitchen. We’re a family of 5, child-like trash can fills up after one meal. Covid precautions are over, we need to return to daily cleaning.

The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and kind. She gave dining recommendations to some great places. Room was clean and well stocked with shampoo and body wash.

It can be loud, being right across from the hospital. It wasn’t enough to bother us, but I did notice it. Other than that, our experience was perfect
