All the counter staffs are excellent in service. They made me feel very comfortable with an ever smiley face.

Bathroom is a little tight but the overall experience was perfect.

Heater water pressure is good

Booked twin single beds, and one of the beds had already collapsed. I informed the staff and the staff said that all the twin rooms had already sold out . She also said that if night time I can't sleep well only she change me to a bigger room. Room is dusty . At midnight , quite a number of stranger use the hotel lobby as shortcut corridor.

Very clean hotel and you will feel the relaxing scent. Its like a spa atmosphere which is very welcoming and relaxing. Even though the room is small, it fits me well since I'm alone. I like the light fixtures that they installed in the room which gives an elegant touch to it. I also appreciate for granting my request for a table and chair. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The toilet is very clean and well maintained.

The cable TV is not working, though it is not an issue with me as long as the WIFI is working well. I hope they serve free breakfast if they can. Also, quite far from downtown Johor.

Location

Room for three is too cramp.. Bathroom water seeping uncontrollably when showering. It is too near and blocked the single bed.

Poor wi-fi . Need bit more attention on cleaning of toilets it bit not feel comfortable.

All good. The staff is very nice. I got room with problematic airconditioning and the lady assisted to change for me. Will come here again
