Great location, quiet. Good bed. Room needs a place to hang a few clothes and maybe hooks for jackets.

Great location and easy parking. However, when we arrived, the rooms were very unclean (crumbs, food dirt on furniture, wet sheets, unwashed blanket) and we needed to deep clean before we settled in. The walls are not sound proof (could hear entire conversations of family next door), every door bedframe creaks loudly and the AC remote was missing so we couldn't adjust temperature. The mattresses were saggy (especially the pull-out couch, which we know is to be somewhat expected, however sleeping on a spring hole was not ideal). Once we cleaned the place and replaced the sheets, our experience was fine and the location is great, but it the Coastal Inn wasn't the best experience.

The walls are thin and people played video games until midnight. Bed was terrible. Basically I had a hard time getting a good sleep. Otherwise the room was spacious with a nice view. The bathroom was very nice. I enjoyed my stay. Nine in the evening until 1AM was really hard.

The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family needs and the kitchen was well stocked.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Coastal Inn: the beds are cozy and the room was clean and pleasant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only suggestion is to add a small shelf on the bathroom wall near the sink and a hook behind the bathroom door. There wasn't much space (in the bathroom) for my small makeup bag, hairbrush, toothbrushes, etc. Other than that, we would highly recommend it!

The close proximity to the road was nice for walk ability but it was not the most quiet area.

Hotel was great. Clean and great for 3 adults and 2 kids. Had the 2 room w/ queen bed and bunk bed. Location is right in the middle so the 'strip' is easily walkable.

It was simple, clean, and easy to find.

Walls are paper thin can actually hear people next room over talking. Area outside of hotel dirty. Just overall extremely loud and one room people party way into night. It was ok clean inside beds were comfortable but no closet. It was really hot no ac.

The rooms Wa stuffy, nice, quiet, clean. The door handles, light switches, tv remote, door pull and the refrigerator can use a cleaning. AC unit needs cleaning and needs to be allowed to be torn in to use to cool the room down.

I like the location as well as the fire pit on the property. My restaurant with in walking distance of the hotel. We had a one bed room king for suite for 5 night. Then we moved to a 1 bed queen suite for 3 more nights. Staff was wonderful.

Affordable, convenient location, free parking, and very clean!

The room was very nice and quiet , close to everything that we wanted to do.

I know a/c isn’t standard at the coast but it was a heat wave so we were fairly miserable. The units have a/c units installed but it seems like they just disconnected all of them when they remodeled or changed owners or whatever. I was like salt in the wound to see them there but find out they are all dead. We have small children so we can’t just leave windows open either. I just wished I would have noticed the a/c was missing from the room amenities.

This was a nice place to stay! I enjoyed the cleanliness of of the rooms but I do wish they had a ac unit OR units with two windows to create a cross breeze. Also no fan in the bathroom so it got real muggy after showers

We enjoyed our stay here. It is located right in the heart of downtown which makes it super convenient. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the friendly staff!

We stayed in a three bedroom suite at The Coastal Inn and Suites. The bedrooms were large enough for two people and our things. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware/bakeware and we cooked several meals while we were there. All appliances worked great and the furniture was ok. Not super comfortable if you wanted to just lounge around and read for a while, but on the days we only needed to sit for a bit between other activities it was fine. When we arrived there wasn't any toilet paper in the bathroom, and after a long drive having to go to the office and ask for some, was not the best start. We had the room serviced twice during our five days. Neither time was the TP restocked so we had to go back to the office to ask for more. With six adults sharing a bathroom I was really glad I had brought a box of tissues from home when I discovered we had run out during a late night trip. All in all it was a great location, close to everything and very clean!

This place was perfect for our yearly family trip to the beach! Very clean! Let friendly hotels are always a gamble, but there was NO pet smell! Office and grounds staff were very kind and helpful. Very close to everything in town, a short walk to stores/restaurants and the beach! We will keep this one on our list of go-to spots!

Good location

First time staying here and will always stay here now when I come to Long Beach. The room was clean and the property was quiet. Barb was amazing at the front desk! Highly recommend 10/10. There aren’t alot of options toof restaurants at Long Beach so it’s nice being able to bring food and cook in the room! Kitchen was perfect. The only thing I would say they allow animals in the room and the couch had dog hair on it which was an ick for me but not enough to not stay again.

Shocked by the recent update to this facility - was honestly skeptical that the interior images were from a different property based on the exterior appearance, but they're legit and this place is super-updated and nice! Would definitely stay again...

I didn’t like that the mattress kept slipping around. Other than that everything else was excellent

Great option for a local soccer tournament. The room was exceptionally clean and the kitchenette was really useful. Access into the room was poor though, requiring us to walk through a rocky, unpaved area. Well-located for Long Beach and local restaurants and shops - and beach. Overall we had a good stay.
