Staff was very friendly and helpful. Top notch service from Cassie at the bar!!!

We jad some hiccups when we got there but the problems were fixed immediately.

The room was great, other than being charged $24 more for the incidental fee and no one doing anything but being sorry for it.

Nice overall, could do with a few minor repairs and upgrades.

The view was beautiful. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed fo rtwo nights and the hotel was in great shape with modern conveniences. I do wish thay provided breakfast but the restaurant in the hotel was nice.

The pool area had an overpowering propane smell, from an obvious leak, no heaters or propane appliances were use at the time. After reporting it to staff it appeared to have happened before which make it even worse! From desk personal doesn't want to be there and customer service responded poorly to our concerns. Stay away from this property!

Sabrina at the front desk was amazing, courteous and very helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable, that was the waste of my money, my time. My home was just 30 minutes from there. I should have equal drive home and go to sleep then paying my hard earned money to have a sleepless night. All through the night I felt like I was going to roll out of bed, then the bed is as hard as rocks.

Our stay was great, check in was fast, facility is clean and modern. Amenities on site are awesome. My children greatly enjoyed their time here and expressed they would love to return for a weekend stay. Location of hotel is nice, close to Riverview Park.

It was great for kids. Outside of the hotel were beautiful and had activities for kids. The room was pretty small for our team. Overall was good

Bathroom needs to be refurbished. Otherwise, things were great.

Great location and nice accommodations and finishes. Bedding felt a bit stiff and crunchy though and some items were in disrepair (like missing light bulb and bath faucet coming out of the wall, missing floor tile on baseboard.

Great people, great stay

Everything was wonderful. The woman at check in was very pleasant and friendly, gave us all the information we needed.

Multiple swimming pools for my family to enjoy. With the exception of toiletries not fully stocked and towel issuance being slightly frugal, it was a great place to stay! We will go back!

The motel was pretty run down. Carpet was ripped, sofa was ripped, sofa mattress was coming apart. Door to entrance of pool was having issues. Stains on all the wood furniture. Carpet looked dirty. The location was great. Pool was good no towels at tge pool area.

We celebrated our 5year anniversary and was woken up at 7am to Mesa police hollering out side out window for cars to move or they would be towed for some event happening. Totally inconvenient when trying to get away and sleep in. Suite was pretty spacious.

AC in room did not work for 2 day stay

Room was not as pictured on the listing. Pictures showed what appeared to be a luxurious bathroom with separate stall shower which i sought out because I was recovering from Achilles surgery and was not yet prepared to step in and out of a bathtub. Room had a tub/shower combination and when we requested a stall shower, the front desk gave us a key to another room to "check and see if it would work for me". That room had the same bathroom as the first room which I feel the front desk should have known before my husband moved our luggage. Additionally, upon returning to our room after being out most of the day, we found that our room door had been propped open by housekeeping for an unknown amount of time. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but this was unacceptable. Only offer from the hotel were points for a potential future stay.

We enjoyed how close Sloan Park is. Dining options, rather limited but enjoyable. The room showed signs of being dated, but was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We felt safe walking at night around the property.

It's a Sheraton...I kind of expected more. The restaurant had good food but the atmosphere was mediocre ... the pool was very nice and nicely maintained... linens need to be inventoried...staff was very pleasant... didn't know the rules at breakfast so missed it altogether...loved the location of the hotel! Basically, just the restaurant was a major disappointment...

Hotel was close to Sloan Park. Parking was challenging and front desk was not very warm and inviting. Would stay here again during spring training.

Right across the parking lot to Sloan Park. Great hotel for spring training games. So convenient. Quiet rooms and comfy beds.

Close to the ball park. Hotel seemed old and rundown. Rooms very dark, not enough light. Carpet was ripped and worn. Generally not appealing for the amount we paid.

I stayed at the hotel about 4-5 years ago and it was in much better condition. Our room had a burned out light in the bathroom that made the room very dark, the soap dispenser fell off the wall while we were there and the shower floor had been repaired with what appeared to be the wrong sealant and was a different color than the grout. In the room, the chairs were very worn. That said, the housekeeping staff was excellent and very helpful. The bed was very comfy. The male desk clerk who checked us in gave us incorrect information re dining times, options, but the bar staff was great. All in all, you can't beat the convenience of walking to Sloan Park .

The location was the best part, but the hotel needs to be updated. We had to change rooms twice because the air conditioning was not working. The staff was very nice about moving us, but repacking and moving two times in 4 days was a hassle.

Amazing and friendly

The check in process was very smooth and the hotel staff member that I worked with was very professional and quick about the check in process. The room was ok we got a junior suite which was not a suite at all the only difference was that we had a pull out sofa. The biggest thing upon entering the room was that there were very few lights and the ones in there had dim light bulbs. This was worst in the bathroom where one of the vanity lights would only work when it wanted to. I tried to tighten the bulb but to no avail. A hotel really only needs to get 2 things right in my book, the mattress and the shower. This property definitely needs an update on both. The mattress was soft and kind of lumpy and the shower was probably the worst experience I have ever had with my clothes off. The water hardly dribbled out of the shower head from a lack of water pressure. I understand that my visit was during peak season, however for what I received for the price, I would have been better off at a motel 6. The ONLY reason to stay here is the proximity to the ball park. I will not be fooled by your big brand name again in the future.
