Everything was fine in the room , although upstairs room was quite noisy. The corriders needed cleaned and hoovered.

The elevator wasn't working, the bathroom tiles were loss and unlevel, the bed didn't have a skirt around the box springs, the room had smoke smell. I wouldn't recommend.

The hotel was filthy. The elevator was not working. Our room was extremely humid. The carpet was damp and you would slide when you stepped from carpet to tile. The room smelled musty and moldy. Just a horrible experience.

Staff was very sweet. Great customer service. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet despite it's location. My children loved the heated inside pool.

Dirty! Stained carpet in hallway spilled soft drink in elevator. Hair on floor in bathroom and in shower. Drawer handles in bathroom were rusted. Refrigerator was old and had dents in it. Ice maker didn't work and there was not another ice maker seen elsewhere. Sanitizer dispensers were empty in hallways
Work out room was extremely hot and the sanitary wipes were empty also and equipment was dirty. Bedroom sheets were stained and found hair too. Recliner was broken. Refrigerator and freezer were dirty. Will never stay here again!

I didn’t like that the shower was not clean. We did not have any dishes in the room. They gave someone else a key to our room. Also they didn’t have many small towels.

The room was a very nice one bedroom studio BUT THE ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED A LITTLE BUT BETTER THE DOORS AND WALLS HAD STUFF ON THEM GLAD I CARRY MY BLEACH WITH ME AT ALL TIMES OTHER THAN THAT NICE VERY NICE

I lloved my stay here. It is in an excellent location, the room was clean and I lloved the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Nice property! Very friendly receptionist. Asked for 3 extra pillows before we went to eat. She had them waiting on us when we came back. Clean, safe, easy parking, close to several restaurants. Would stay here again.

It was very close to the Memphis airport, which is why I stayed there. Shopping and dining is very close to the hotel. Toilet seal in floor leaked. Chair in seating area was torn/very worn. Those were the things that were negative.

The clerk gave my room away and wouldn't even discount my stay. I was so upset.
