The helpfulness of the staff

The security guard was friendly and helpful. I requested for shuttle service but not available. There wasn’t anyone to assist me at the front desk when I arrived at 0600 feeling very tired and no sleep. It was 0820 when the front desk officer arrived and help me to check-in. I paid an extra 600 pesos to check in early. The front desk officer was very helpful and also help me to contact Philippine Airlines for my missing luggage. The room is nice and tidy. The phone wasn’t working. The shower area need cleaning. I bought extra cleaning product and clean the shower myself. Overall the staff are helpful, friendly and respectful. The WIFI was reasonable. The house keeping staff are willing to help when asked for help. The hotel location is closed to everything. Good experience, thank You

Go is a budget hotel, so it’s actually quite good for what you pay, but I think I think I would rather just pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. It needs renovation and a little more cleaning although it wasn’t dirty. The first night there were ants all over our bed, but when we told staff, they immediately gave us a new room and it was fine after that. The staff was alright, just not memorable. No breakfast included. A very no frills hotel. Okay to stay a couple of nights if you don’t want to spend much money.

COVENIENTLY LOCATED- WALKING DISTANCE TO THE MALL!

Location and parking are great. SOME Staff were mal mannered ,uncourteous ,unfriendly , unhelpful . Had seen Security office full of male staff most of the time laughing and having fun. Security officer need to learn to be discreet on guests privacy. Everyone needs more human resources training.

Bed and pillow was comfortable and A/C and internet was good, no hot water

Location close to Robinson’s Mall and airport. Staff, especially the security guards on duty were extremely helpful. The room smelt and the window and curtains were uncleaned. Very limited amount of toilet roll for two persons for two days.

Very close to Robinsons Mall in Puerto Princessa. Some bathroom shower may have leak and takes few days to get a transfer to another room. Airconditioned is so so and wifi is not reliable. Bring your own pocket wifi. Nice location and has a reasonable breakfast resto at the lobby at a low price. Over all it is a nice budget hotel to stay is you don't need a lot of fancy stuff in your hotel stay.

The bathroom floor is flooding and shower is leaking from the ceiling.

This is not the first time I stayed in Go Hotels Puerto Princesa. As usual, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. Towels changed daily. Regular supply of bottled water daily . I am very happy with Go Hotels Puerto Princesa and when In Puerto Princesa I will always choose Go Hotels.

Just two nights here but found everything needed. Room was comfortable. Everything worked. Very near Robinson’s. Just a few minute walk. Very strict about food or alcohol in your room. For the price it was good value.

Clean, very helpful staff, close to Robinson mall and main road. No lift though. Restaurant doesn’t have much to offer.

This is one of the better budget hotels you can find. Staff is friendly and they have 24/7 Security. There is no swimming pool but you are in Palawan, so go to the beach. Basic set up is a bed, tv and restroom. They do have hot water and the shower is rain fall style which you only find in high end hotels. The location is the best part, it is right next door to Robinson mall. All the eateries and shops are at your finger tips. Booking with Expedia was easy and the price is very reasonable...i will stay there again.

Aircon was not working properly...too warm after first day of use and shower head had a leak that caused much water on the floor. The bed was comfortable and the mall is right next to the hotel. Easy access to tricycles also. I would stay here again. Addressing any concerns with them, I am sure they could have moved me to another room. I just didnt want the hassle.

It’s a nice facility but is getting a bit older. They could keep it up better.
