The hospital y is great! Our room didn't have a view, I booked this hotel because of the view they show in their pics, the excuse was if it doesn't specify it has a view is a NO VIEW room, so I was disappointed as it is located in a hill and after a long day...

The hotel’s highlight is the view to the valley. Rooms with such a view cost extra.
Breakfast is a rather small plate but one can sit on the terrace with the view.
We felt that the hotel could make more out of its amenities and were ultimately a little disappointed.

Amazing city, the most beautiful hotel. Staff was great. You couldn’t find better views of the mountains in the world. Beds were hard for my taste ( I think it helps with soreness we walked so much and never sore). Hills are pretty steep in area so be prepared.

The staff here is incredible- so helpful with advice or any questions you have! They even helped exchange money when i ran low on cash. The view is amazing from the eating platform to a room with a balcony. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi, especially after a long hike through the valley. The only drawback is the hot water would turn off at night so I couldn't enjoy the warm Jacuzzi to its fullest.

Very nice property with amazing view and the new renovated rooms are great. Service from Alexis at the front desk was excellent and we enjoyed our stay !

Great sinnery. My room did not have air conditioning or fans. Had to beg for fan. Make sure you book a room with air conditioning. Food was ok. Staff ok.

Noise, no coffee in room, bad coffee served in the morning, cold room, unreachable open window, hair and garbage in the room, overall you could feel staff doesn't care like the other places I've been to im Colombia.

Amazing hotel, in a lovely city. Salento is safe and colourful and beatiful. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, you can have a lovely breakfast seeing the amazing valle del cocora.

The location and view couldn’t get any better than this! The room was great with the outdoor hot tub was wonderful! They arranged transportation from and to the airport which was wonderful. We enjoyed this town very much.

Such a great experience staying here. The staff was super friendly, the view from the room was breathtaking, the jacuzzi was perfect to relax after a long day of walking, the breakfast was good.
Would definitely recommend. Totslly worth the price.

Nice hotel - amazing views- very comfortable- it is at the top of a hill that could be rough if you jave mobility issues- only thing i would change is breakfast starts at 0730 which is pretty late for a hiking town and trying to get to jeeps by 0830

Absolutely amazing hotel. Look no further and stay here when in Salento. We went with the panoramic Mountain View room and wow it was incredible. The balcony and views were amazing. Very comfortable bed and linens. Clean and comfortable room. Good AC. Breakfast was great, free coffee throughout the day. Staff are friendly and attentive. We extended another day we loved it so much. Only positive feedback on this hotel.

This property easily has the best views in town! It is at the top of the top so be prepared to walk up and down a couple of steep blocks to and from town. Otherwise it was perfect! It checked all the boxes for us!

Great room, solid breakfast, incredible view. It was unfortunate that the hotel requires taxi arrangements to be paid in cash because I was running out. Use Uber to go back to the airport if you don’t have cash, and you’ll also save some money.

Our second stay here, and it’s great. The rooms are clean and simple. Make sure to pick on with a view, as this hotel is at the top of the hill and has amazing scenery. Staff super helpful, safe parking, and a good breakfast. 5 minute walk into town or to the mirador. Easy 20 minute car or jeep ride to Valle de Cócora or the coffee plantations.

The batrooms need upgrade, our room 102 had mold, broken tiles and the toilet seat was loose.

The place has a beautiful view of mountains. I have the panoramic room, with a jacuzzi tub. The place was clean, has AC, the breakfast with the open views of the mountains is spectacular. From Salento, through the shopping area is walkable

Great hotel with friendly service. Breakfast was fantastic. The view from this hotel is unreal and possibly the best I've had from any other hotel. Location central enough. WiFi was strong, but unfortuantely didnt connect in the room and so the only reason it gets a 4* and not 5. It did connect on the balcony. Would stay again.

The entire experience, from Check-In until Check-Out was outstanding. Very friendly staff, clean rooms wich where very well equipped. A big balcony with a beautiful view to de valle de Cocora. The pictures from the hotel are no fake, it is really well maintained!

Amazing hotel with spectacular views. The best views I have ever had, and I am a seasoned traveler. The upgraded room has two glass walls and incredible balcony with hot tub. Perfect romantic getaway for a couple. In addition, staff and service were exemplary.

This place is all about the view! The valle del Cocora wakes you up in the morning…it’s breathtaking. You can hear the river and see the wonders.

Junior suite has a large bed, tv with satellite, standing shower has a sliding door that goes onto large patio and room has the same. Jacuzzi on the patio with great view of the valley. Can see a lot of different birds. First night plenty of hot water for the Jacuzzi, second night not so much. Wifi was inconsistent in the room itself. Nice room, great view
