Convenient, clean, quiet hotel in the heart of Downtown. Great skyway access (was snoring during my stay). Friendly staff. Free breakfast as pretty good. Would stay again.

Great location to stay for a Target Center event. About a 5 minute walk through the skyway. Staff were very friendy and knowledgeable. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

My wife really enjoyed the view from our room, couldn’t have had a better view being a Prince fan and being able to look out at the mural. The parking is messed up, the message I received in my email indicated that you could either park in the Hawthorn ramp before checking in or after. We parked before and were charged $20. When we checked in we were told that we needed to check in first to get the parking tickets. Would like a refund on our bill since you provided the parking info ahead of time

Second stay at this hotel. I love the convenience to Target Center and Field. We went to US Bank Stadium this trip and it was a little more challenging but still nice being familiar with the hotel and surrounding area.

My favorite place to stay due to the location, food and comfort. They didn’t have turkey sausage this time☹️😞

I had a business trip and ended ip choosing this location. The hotel was great. Breakfast was great. The ONLY thing I wish I would’ve known is how ROUGH of a neighborhood I was in. Holy Moly. I had to walk to get dinner and run another errand. After dark do NOT go outside. I was threatened and screamed at the top of their lungs from the corner of the hotel for “walking on the dope street and not buying dope” and next time I better walk on the other side. I was beyond uncomfortable and was scared for my life. No joke. BEWARE.

The sky way was nice to get around. Only problem was that when it was time for us to shower in the morning, we had no hot water.

Very comfortable and clean. Stayed overnight attending WNBA finals game. Perfect location to stay if attending a game or concert at the Target Arena or stadium. It was all connected by a skyway. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back again in the future! Rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming especially the agent who helped us check in, she was phenomenal. We were able to walk to our event at the target center and to many bars and restaurants nearby. Only downfall is the hotel does not have its own parking but there are plenty of paid options nearby.

The ridiculous eco stuff like low flush toilets and led lighting was a negative.

Our refrigerator kept cutting in and out, I had to constantly check it to make sure it was working as I was storing pumped breast milk in it… it also smelled TERRIBLELY like marijuana. Someone definitely stored theirs in this fridge prior to our arrival. The kitchen staff in the morning seemed bothered by simple questions like we were inconveniencing them. The only big positive about our stay was the accessibility to the things we wanted to do downtown…likely won’t be staying here again

Attached to a parking garage. We went for a baseball game at Target Field, so convenient to park, walk across the skyway to the hotel. Going to the game, you just walk the skyway to the field and back after the game, so easy. Stayed for 3 nights and the total for parking was $22, cant beat that. Took the train from Target Field to Mall of America for a dollar each. Would DEFINITELY stay here again, nothing to complain about.. Never been to a 5 star place in my life, probably never will. Everything about this hotel comes as close as a comonner will come to.

We visited Minneapolis for a short, end of summer get-away which included a couple of MLB games at Target Field. It was an excellent location for access to the baseball stadium with interior walkways all the way there. The hotel was also close to rapid transit to the airport and other points of interest so a vehicle was not necessary. Minneapolis also has excellent skywalk access which was relatively easy to find the way to restaurants and downtown shopping. Generally speaking, the staff were friendly and efficient although the front desk guy in the evening was miserable and unhelpful. Also, their confectionary in the lobby is extremely limited and grossly overpriced. The included breakfast is not very good, we had it one morning and went out for breakfast after that. I had not been in Minneapolis for a number of years and the downtown has deteriorated significantly. There were many people hanging around on the street outside of the hotel panhandling, smoking dope and generally up to no good. My wife felt unsafe going onto the streets around the hotel after dark. Given the cost and the seedy neighborhood, I am not sure we would stay here again.

Overall I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. The Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the hospitality. Will probably book there on future visits to Minneapolis.

The skywalk was a great added layer of safety especially given the groups of locals congregating around some of the corners and major walking areas on the street level, which reduce level of safety for visitors.

It’s a really nice set up for breakfast, with limited spots to eat. Especially if people are lingering at their tables.

Always nice and clean. Our bathroom shower was needing a caulk repair. Only one towel, in the bathroom. Iron did not work. Room was fine otherwise! Area around the hotel has too many drunks and people asking for money and makes most people feel unsafe!
