I loved this apartment. It’s just in front of the main square. 3-5 mins walk from the best restaurants and nightlife. A super market just next to it. PERFECT location. If I go back to Brasov I will stay at this place again.

I booked online and received an email detailing how to check in (mainly time office was open). When I arrived there was a sign on the front door saying the office was closed permanently due to covid. No information how to get to my room. I borrowed a phone from a local person and called the number on the notice. The response was brusque and the person answering would not give me any information on the phone but offered to send me an email, which turned out to be the same as the previous uninformative one. I was never able to check in and had to go to a different hotel. I believe I was cheated out of my payment by indifferent, surly, and uninformative employees. Go somewhere else and save the trouble.

The position is excellent, the apartment was okay and spacious.

The room was small but cozy, private bathroom, nice hot shower, closet and tables and a mirror in the room which is always great when there are 2 people. Kettle for coffee and tea always a plus!

The staff was kind and helpful and responsive to requests (I am more sensitive to differences in temperature, so I needed more heat during the nigth, so the staff took care so that the heater in my room worked on maximum heat through the entire night). Even though the hotel is placed in the heart of the old town, the building is remote, being protected from the noise by the interior yard. I stayed in the attic, which was quiet and intimate. One tiny bit of annoying thing was that the light outside my room (in the hallway) would repeatedly on and off by itself during the night (without any movement), and some light came in my room through the small glass in the door. But surely the sensor can be easily fixed. I appreciated that the room was fresh and smelled nice, it had good light, and I admired the design and the decoration. Also, there was endless hot water in the shower and I was happy that the bathroom was super-clean. I would personally add a mop, because at some point I wanted to clean the excess water off the bathroom floor. :) My experience here was great and I will definitely come back with other occasions. The very good comfort, backed by an excellent price absolutely recommend this place.

2bedroom apartment had Spacious rooms. Not a big deal, but had to request more towels as not enough provided for number of people. Fixed shower head ourselves. Water did not drain away properly from shower, so had to turn shower off, let water drain, then turn it on again & repeat!

The apartment is located right in the Old Center of Brasov which is one of the nicest parts of the city, however, there's a caveat: it can be noisy. I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and they were having a concert in the square which ended before 10 PM but before it ended it was pretty uncomfortable. The moment we entered the apartment we realized there was an unpleasant smell which of course you can't tell by looking at pics. The carpet needed to be changed a long time ago: it had holes, rips, spots and was coming apart in some areas creating a hazard for tripping. We sat on the beds to check out the mattresses: they were OK. We addressed these issues with their office and they shrugged it off. We decided to not stay there and got another place for less, 0.5 miles from there, which was actually excellent. We were not offered an alternative or a refund so we lost almost $400 since we pre-paid. It seems to me that they are only counting on the very nice location to rent this apartment. Hopefully, after reviews like this one they will reconsider and renovate the apartment. Additionally, they have no parking or arrangements for parking so if you travel by car you're out of luck since it may be very difficult to find a spot on the street.

We got bit by bugs, and we suspect it was bed bugs...... just hope we will not bring them back home!

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, the walls between the rooms are paper thin.

Pros:Location is ideal. Front desk guy was nice. Steps away from the main square and the action. We had a view of everything from our window. It fit our needs for a quick overnight stay. Cons: The showers were clogged and the sliding doors wouldn't close. The apartments around us were under construction.

The guy at reception was great. The condition of the area was scary. The front and location could not be beat. To get through the room you had to walk through an scary alley to get to the reception area

Good location, not expensiv. It was hard to find parking, no elevator .

What a fantastic location. Walk outside and you are at the main square. The place is nice - especially when considering the price. Our room had a washing machine, which was an extra bonus to us after traveling a week. These are not luxury apartments, though comfortable, tons of hot water, and did we mention location? Great home base for a week in the area.

The Hotel is located at the main square of the old part of the city Brasov walking distance to everything. We had a huge apartment, with 2 double twin beds and 2 bathrooms. Easy checkin and out. I would recommend it and I would stay there again.

We had a very nice stay. The view was awesome! Have stayed before in a different apartment. Very pleased with both we’ve stayed in.

Location is amazing, right in the centre and at a very reasonable budget price. Accommodation is basic but clean and exactly what I expected. Staff were very friendly upon arrival and departure.

I spend 2 nights in this apartments, the only good things were the position right in the center, and the value of the room in the media with the prices in town. Rooms are very small and very very noisy, the wood floor under your feet is creaking a lot, same for the beds when you lie down. Walls are very thin and you can hear all the time when people walking pass the floor. There are sign of stay in silence around but is not enought, in the room next to me there were guest going in and out the all night, loughting and making noise and I coudn't sleep at all. When neighbors use the water from their rooms you can hear a loud sound of the water pump just next to the wall at the left side of the bed. The light in my toilet was burnt, the shower and the all bathroom was ugly, nothing comparing the picture showed on the web. I will attach pictures I made. There is a water boiler in the room but there is not even 1 bag of tea or sugar. The receptionist seams nice and helpful but it's not their foult if there is a bad money inversion in all this businnes. The cleaning lady also seams a nice person but she looks too tired and too much in a hurry. Reception is closed from 12:30 for lunch so there is no service until 2pm. Is maybe needed more employers?!

Wish they had a better sign outside and better service, so I️ could leave better review.

Apartment was huge with beds in the loft. Bathroom was mostly functional, but not as good as the rest of the place: bidet did not work, bathtub fixtures were super leaky, there was no shampoo, overall condition of the bathroom was kinda rundown. Parking is not as easy to find as implied, and is not guaranteed. However, location overrides all the things that could be better, as it is literally on the main square. If youre not super picky- its great and recommended.

Many great things about the place but one very big drawback. Great location, great people at reception, very clean, coffee in room. Interesting that we were on top floor and the ceiling sloped so much that standing near toilet could not be done. All good especially for the price, but the walls were so thin that we could hear the person next door even turn over in bed. It was unnerving and felt like we had to be very quiet.
