It was great , place was extremely clean. And a really good price for the money

We just needed a night to sleep while we enjoyed Pigeon Forge. This fit us well. No frills, clean and comfortable. A/C worked great. Parking is around back, across the street. The hotel is right on the strip so you likely will hear the cars. Hair dryer didn’t work and they informed us that they did not have a spare. I will stay again when in a similar situation.

The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. The lighting in the room was not very good. The light between the beds reflected on the TV so it could not be on by watching TV. Bathroom had been started to be remodeled, but it was like they stopped and just threw the stuff up there. It still needs a lot of work. Indoor pool was not available.

I am disappointed with hotels.coms. I had a reservation for 10/18-20 at Mountain Vista Inn & Suites. I had to cancel and tried unsuccessfully since 10/8. You should be able to see my chats in the help section, and I called the hotel directly. I could not find the phone number on the hotels.com website until today. When I spoke with the representative, Jerry, he was very helpful and said that I will receive a 1 day refund. I'm disappointed to lose the payment for the first day, since I have tried in earnest to cancel well in advance. If there is any way I could get a refund for the 1st day as well, I would be very grateful.

There was a hole in the wall, the whole place was dirty, the A/C barely did anything, the staff was rude, the elevator was closed at a very inconvenient time, the parking was inconvenient and unsafe, the kept trying to up-charge us on everything, the pool was unheated

The room fit our group and was very nice to have everyone in one room. There was not enough room on the balcony to sit. Room was clean and the staff was very accommodating.

Room looked clean at first. However, the amount of dust on the ceiling fan was horrible. Also dirty cobwebs on the ceiling so they had been there a while. Still will stay again as the location is excellent but expect more from their staff.

I always do a inspection of my room an right it down all the problems.lights in rooms didn’t work light fixtures missing was missing in one room no lights in it had use iPhone light to see other bed room one light on head board othe missing a couple of outlets didn’t work. Door going to the bathroom between rooms was messed up after you close it wouldn’t open up had to good thorough other bedroom.. the couch had to put towels down to sit on it.like said I wrote down my inspection report and gave it to them at check and took them this room need fixed. Plus this hotel charge me 10.00 dollars for room clean that wasn’t right did ask and I never seen I anything done to it.they supposed to clean when we leave or if we ask. Plus no water pressure in shower an sticky floors. It was wroth what it paid for my family and granddaughter.. a big 0

Our booked room had roaches. We literally opened the door and they went EVERYWHERE!! I went back to the counter and told them. They asked if we wanted another room so we looked at another considering we was checking in so late and had already drove 5 hours . Same thing!! Everywhere!! Just gave the key cards back and left!! Absolutely disgusting! Never stay here!!

Perfect location! This was our second time staying there and we love it! Love the 3 bedroom suit so convenient and love that the island is walking distance from hotel! Well be staying here again!

At check in someone was in the office complaining about the strong smell of marijuana coming into her room. The the door handle on our room was malfunctioning and they told we'd have to just deal with it. The bathroom walls were disgusting with some gel like substance and hair stuck on the walls. The water stayed cold for evening showers, lukewarm for morning showers. Fridge, mircowave coffeemaker and iron provided. Provided coffee was terrible. No hair dryer. T.V.s on the small side. Beds were ok. No offensive smells. Very close to the Comedy Barn and The Island. Very convenient location. Parking is adequate. Noise level is acceptable considering the location. I will not be a return customer - too many options to choose from than have to return to poor service.

Pretty decent place for the money no complaints

Will definitely stay again. Very nice man running property. Ladies checked us in were very nice. Not the fanciest but for the price can’t be beat. Changed out our linens.

It was good and within walking distance to the Island.

The only complaint that I have is that the elevators had a very bad odor and there was no parking along the hotel you had to park in a back lot.

We did not stay in the room the hotel had a bad stinky, musty, midew smell. it was dirty and trash was piled up on the out side, there was no where to park my car. the elevator was on the outside of the building it was not safe to ride on. it was shaking and rocking. there was no one in the lobby when we arrived. I ask not to be put on the top floor but they put us on the top floor any way. so we had to find another hotel to stay in for the rest of our stay. I would not recommed anyone to stay at the Mountain Vista Inn & Suites

Never got my 50 back from deposit and the rooms needs a upgrad .the noise after 10pm was bad front desk never did help had people out side of rooms talking loud and drinking.will never stay here again

Not very nice, doors didn’t close well, pool was very dirty, beds not comfortable, not good water pressure, the pull out bed was broken on one side, a life experience that I will not do again, very limited parking at the motel, very disappointing stay

There was a hole in the bathroom wall. Toliet seat was so loose i ended up tighten it. Hole in the wall next to the sink in between rooms. Where they hung the mirror is still not done. Wall needs to be sanded down and finished. AC was so loud it was hard to sleep. Lady working front desk was very rude

Nice and spacious rooms. Everything worked in our room. Beds were comfortable. Air worked great. Most definitely will stay here again.

The staff is some of the worst ever. Wifi works have the time and the pool isnt worth it. I wouldn't recommend staying here

When I was checking out there was no one at the front desk, and I had to go find him on the floors. The room was nice but they are currently remodeling the rooms and hotel. We like being close to the attractions especially the Island.

The hotel was ok but very outdated. Remote controls for the tv had the back of the battery cover missing and had to be smacked to get to work. There was no channel directory for the room. Online showed 4 star hotel i give it 1 1/2 stars i paid 200 plus a night for the room. Was worth maybe 90 a night

Maybe after renovations are completed it will be better. our room looked renovated, but it wasnt done properly. the floors were dirty too & there was barely any plug ins as well. It does have great potential & again maybe after all renovations are completed

Was not informed of deposit till we arrived, room was in need of remodel, couldn't park at door due to dumpster sitting in parking spaces, AC didn't keep 2 bedroom cold, fan in 2 nd bedroom looks like it's ready to fall off the ceiling, no parking close to keep eye on your car,AC was so noisy you couldn't sleep. All and all you pay for what you get.

We stayed in the top floor penthouse suite. It was spacious but in need of repairs. The AC leaked water fron the ceiling. There were no working tv remotes. The bed sheets had stains. We arrived late, about 11:30pm and wouldnt have had time to find another place or we definitely wouldnt have stayed.
