Good hostel to stay at if gou are an economic traveller

Comfortable hostel in convenient location but it was very hot and noisy facing the road.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The bathroom is very clean.

I need extra single box bed without person watching us

Hostel near to city center, has good location for the buses heading to the airport.

What a pleasant surprise. I booked the room with a double bed and two bunk beds for my family. The room was very clean and had its own bathroom and shower. The beds were comfortable and the bedding soft and freshly and washed. There was free onsite parking. I would recommend you bring your own towels as thete were none available in the room.

They can Improve the Kitchen area .

It is a great experience. The location is close to Albert Dock and the price is quite affordable.

on arrival i was greeted by a member of staff who explained everything to me including the car parking .this is free to guests but you must register as you could incur a parking penalty. the staff were some of the most helpful that i have encountered and they helped me locate both discounted and free trips within easy walk of the hostel. the hostel is a mere 5 minutes walk from the albert docks and less than 15 mins from the cavern club. a snack during the day was tasty and reasonably priced but the breakfast was plentiful and super value for the money. my six person room was clean , comfortable and came with shower and full ablusions. i also made use of their spacious and ample cycle shed. this is a lockable building and very secure. the whole of liverpool city centre is close by and most things are within easy walking distance. a very enjoyable stay.

It was my time staying in a hostel. I was pleased with the service and everything offered. I had a few problems with the wifi though. My phone wouldn't stay connected to it for very long.

Everything was excellent except the wi-if. On the first night, I was unable to use it after 30 mins. On the 2nd night, I couldn't use it at all. I tried to make a complaint to the Mgr on the 2nd eve but was informed no Mgr was in until 8am the next morning. When the next morning arrived, he turned up at 9.30am. He advised me they are seeing if they can upgrade their wi-if but that wasn't any use to me!

Great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. We rented the a 3 of the 4 bunk beds in one room but didn’t expected that it was ensuite which is very convenient to us. The location is very near to tourist spot and city centre. We will come back again and rent this hostel again.

Ok stay for a little money. But it was could needed to close the window and put the heating on!
