I met really great people at the hotel. The employees like David and Jane were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed meeting and interacting with the other guests.
I loved the rooftop terrace.

המקום הוא אכן אכסניה ומתנהג ככזה. הכל בסיסי ביותר, חורק ואפילו מעט קמצני. אפשר לדאוג לחלב בפינת הקפה, אפשר לתת מגבת נוספת בחינם ולא בעלות של 10 שקלים ואפשר גם לדאוג שהמים במקלחת לא יציפו את החדר כולו.

All was ok. However we found bugs on the bed which we thought might be bed bugs. They weren’t, but it was enough for an uncomfortable night to be had.

Only intended to stay 3 nights booked another night and two more 6 nights stay...Great hostel super clean extremely nice staff..especially ' Shlomo ' The Bar Man..helped me big time " Achlah Ish ! " As they say 2/3 " Hakshev ".

Great hostel with possibility to cook. Great view to Tiberias area from the rooftop. Cooling in the private dormitory was a salvation in the hot summer of Israel. The person in the reception was kind and spoke English well. Some beeping in the mornings but otherwise a quiet place.

Compared to other ANA hostels in Israel (for instance Ein Gedi), the condition of this property is significantly worse. Advertised amenities (like game room) all broken down. For a hostel, these amenities aren't necessary, but having broken stuff lying around is just shabby.
The location is fine for TIberias, but it is a much more conservative city than I expected and finding dining on Shabbat (Friday afternoon until late evening on Saturday) is quite difficult. Also, it is hotter and more humid than the Dead Sea area. Recommend staying in the Golan or north of the Sea of Gallilee for exploring the region.

Let's face it. This is a hostel and not an hotel. This means, there is no elevator (hostel loby starts with one floor of stairs), no 24 hour loby, no sheet replacement and very small rooms.
But, if this is what you expect, the room was clean, the staff were freindly, the price was good and the hostel location is great.
We had a great time!

Excellent location, super friendly and helpfull staff. Amenities are good and well maintained. Overall, a very positive experience and would definately stay again. Well recommended !

The staff at Tiberias was BY FAR THE BEST PART!!! I felt such joy there and we had an amazing Hanukah celebration. The place is hidden in a run down shopping mall being redone but once you find it, it is nice and clean with a GOOD breakfast worth purchasing if it doesn’t come with the room. the area is ok.

Well serviced hostel in a beautiful old building with tons of character. Staff were extremely helpful, and the common areas were comfortable and a nice place to meet other travellers. I especially loved that you got a free night if you've got a Lebanese border stamp!

Our stay was great, we enjoyed having aircon in our room as it was over 100+ degrees while we were there. We did find some visitors in our room (bugs) the first night, but after that we did not see them again. With that type of heat, that can be expected. Hostel is pretty lively, Paloma was absolutely amazing and helpful with whatever we needed. If your looking to explore region around the Sea of Galilee, look no further!

Excellent hostel. Clean, friendly, good breakfast, clean towels. Breakfast at 7:30–wish it were earlier! Excellent Wi fi. Cold water always available. All you’d want a hostel to be.

The Hostel is perfectly adequate and I had my expectations met. A bunk bed incl a basic breakfast for $25 per night.

Had private room with (very small) bathroom. Quiet, clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast with limited offerings was provided. Rooftop area a great place to relax with some brews. Walking distance to the grave of the Rambam and ti the hotels and promanade along the water front.

We stayed at this hostel 3 nights. The staff was nice, the place is clean, in a good location, and has a free parking a few blocks away. The breakfast is 15 NIS (if not included in your booking), and has plenty of good food. The private rooms have their own bathrooms and A/C and were small but nice. Overall a great place to stay, even if driving in Tiberius can be a bit challenging at times.

Was a fine hostel to stay. The beds were really confortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff helped me in every possible way they could, and even stopped a drunk guy who backed into my car in the car park late at night while I was upstairs inside. This hostel made a great base for two nights while I spent the days exploring around Galilee and the Golan Heights in my hire car. There is not that much comparatively in the immediate local area, but it is easy access to the promenade along the Sea of Galilee, where one can hire a small boat pretty cheaply. Walks around Tiberias are nice.
