Water was discolored due to hydrant flushing—not the hotel’s fault but would have been nice to have gotten some type of compensation/consideration— breakfast was marginal even for standard “free” hotel breakfasts

Excellent included breakfast with a different menu options every morning. Front desk made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in.

I couldn't rate higher because we did not spend much time at this place. We arrived 10pm and left before 9am. Staff seemed friendly and room was comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing. We would stay again

Gal who assisted us with checking in was very professional in her appearance, voice, and telling us about signing up for Best Western app. She told us about the breakfast, pool and comp coffee in lobby.

What began as a problem with a lack of guest laundry facilities was remedied by a fabulous staff that washed our babies clothes so that we could continue our journey. Breakfast was a fabulous spread! The best I’ve ever seen and completely representative of New Mexico. We appreciate the hospitality and cultural nuances of Best Western Plus Gallup Inn and Suites!

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We did not receive the room we originally signed up for and purchased through Hotels.com. When this issue was brought up to the front counter person, they told us that the problem was on ours and Hotels.com's end and they could do nothing to fix our problem. Other than this annoying and costly issue, our stay was okay. The place is a bit dated and the shower drained very slowly do to the drain being clogged with hair. The mini-frig (a point of contention) did not work either. The parking lot is easily accessible to the world and since we were traveling, we had heightened concerns about safety of our stuff. Fortunately, God was on our side and our stuff was safe and secure throughout the night. Not a place we will ever return to.

Our room felt more like an apartment, with a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. Really more than we needed, but it was nice in the middle of our trip to feel like we had some space. Staff were r professional and friendly. The breakfast was good, a bit better than most places on our road trip.

The Best Western Gallup Inn is located in an older section of Gallup. The breakfast meal was fine, and the employees were nice.

Room was very roomy and loved having the kitchen area available while we had our toddler with us. Our stay was good but I would say the hotel looks pretty outdated. If you’re looking for something more modern, this is not it. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy looking as well. I honestly did not feel too safe with all of my belongings in my car from our move but thankfully nothing was taken.

Just didn't like that the vehicle could possibly be vandalize and they have a sign suggesting they probably had one in the pass.

I never leave reviews but feel compelled to help another family from having a repeat of our experience. Arrived in the evening with husband and three kids. It was late and our youngest was crying. I was holding her during check in while my husband parked and the front desk employee was in no hurry to help us or be polite. They needed our license plate number which I didn’t know I asked if I could get the key for the kids to head to room and lay down as I was calling my husband to get the plate. Employee very rudely said no I need the license plate. So we stood there till I could get the plate number. When we got to our room we had two towels for a room that is supposed to sleep 6 and no bedding for the pull out couch. I called down and asked for bedding for the couch and was told if I wanted it I had to come get it. So I got redressed headed downstairs and got it. Overall I would never stay here again strictly because of the service. The room was fine but the experience was not.

Parking was available but seamed small to size of the Hotel.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice beds. 2 elevators. Nice breakfast with lots of food choices. We will stay here again.
