BAD STAFF. NO REFRIGERTATOR IN ROOMS. TINY BATHROOMS. NO DRINKING WATER.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly, but the hotel was not well maintained. The pool was closed (for cleaning) and honestly I prefer the beach anyway but in the evening it would have been nice to be able to go for a swim. There was NO hot water. I prefer cooler shower especially after being in the heat all day but it wasn’t cool it was down right cold. Be careful sitting outside because the locals will come up and try and empty out the cigarette tubes looking for half smoked cigarettes. The breakfast was ok once you got past all the flies and gnats that held up shelter in the bread boxes all night. If you stay for more than a couple days plan on a different option for breakfast as the breakfast served was the same everyday. Again the staff was super nice, greeted you every time you entered but the next time I will choose a place a little higher end, because the Holiday Inn is not the same in other countries.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing views of this property. Walkable to Fish Fry and Straw market. Clean, comfortable with friendly staff.

Staff was always willing to help

The breakfast fare was not Bahamian so that we could have a taste of the Bahamas. Nobody wants to eat American fare while in another country! Car parking for hotel guests was limited!

AC was faulty in my first room, asked for a new room. The bathroom door would not stay open, had to prop with a towel. For $200/night, this place is a joke. Taxi to airport is a rip off! The front desk said $35, the driver picked me up and once at the airport he told me $45. I gave him $40 since I only had 20 dollar bills and said that is not what I was quoted. The food across the street near the beach is overpriced and gross. A salad, beer and shrimp was OVER $60!!! What a rip off!

Everyone was very professional & knowledgeable about there job. Breakfast was very good.

Hotel was in a great location you are within walking distance of the cruise ship port and the public beach is across the street after dark the locals look very shady so just be aware of your surroundings at all time in the day time it feels safe to venture out on the main streets only tho the small side street's looks shady and dangerous also the cabs make there price's up so pre pay for service to and from the hotel's and airport

It has a very good location.

No control over humidity. Very noise and no sound proofing.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and professional. The floors in the room were so dirty that my socks turned grey. Had to wear our crocs in the room the entire stay. Went down at 8:05am for break and there was nothing left. The loud music from across the street on the beach, car basses and motorcycle mufflers from the road was extremely loud and obnoxious. Loud noises all the way until after midnight made it hard to sleep. And on a Sunday ?! That’s wild. For the price it’s not worth it. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is in a good location but the entry area has limited parking and the alley appear unsafe but it is safe. Just the appearance.

Good downtown central location basically on the beach.. must stop by bikini bar for crack conch..

The property was noisy until the early morning hours. Our room did not feel or look clean. There was NO hot water for a shower. The pool and all outside seating was closed. The attendant at the beach was inconvenienced to get us beach towels, basically telling us at 3:30 in the afternoon that it was too late to be at the beach and not to bother.

Nice place

Property is very outdated. Very limited eating locations. Area is not very convinient. Service was mediocre. However, the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Taxi service to and from airport was rather quick and efficient but expensive. Hotel is definitely OVERPRICED.

The staff was great the area was walkable to downtown Nassau and the fish fry but the property needs a serious upgrade. We had no hot water during our stay the tv was on the fritz the whole time and the free breakfast was cold.

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are confortable and very clean with all amenities needed during a vacation. Location is perfect. Good WiFi...

Hotel room was a bit outdated and the walls are very thin. You can hear all the cars and the music from the beach huts at night. It is especially loud on the weekened with people revving up their motorcycles in the middle of the night. Overall you get what you pay for. It is a walkable distance to Nassau and Arawak cay. The restaurants nearby are not that great and very pricey. The free breakfast they offer will save you a lot of money. I wouldn’t stay here again but I do not regret booking it. The staff are great and helpful.

The location was good for me, near the office and downtown area. It would be nice to have a private beach next to the hotel.

Staff was excellent. Very nice people. Kenton the taxi driver was exceptional.

It was in a pretty good area along the tourist strip. In walking distance to local food and tourist food. The noise came from the hallway being completely open. Wind, car noises and local people noises flew down the hallway and into our room. My wife woke up constantly throughout the night because of this. Staff were super friendly and resolved all of the small problems the room had when we arrived.

Do not stay at this property as the noise is overwhelming. It is very close to a busy road and the trucks can be heard crashing up and down the street early in the morning. Coupled with this, the property has no exterior doors at the end of each hallway. Therefore the afore mentioned noise just cascades down the hallway. Not to mention the beach bars across the road that blast music as well. Give yourself a rest and stay elsewhere

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing, but it's an older hotel and not the cleanest.
