Bathroom had been updated but that’s about it. Bed needs to be replaced, the term “kitchenette “ needs to be modified since there was basically a small fridge and sink, microwave, hot plate was a mess. Furniture as a whole would need to be replaced and thrown out. Only one wastebasket and curtains didn’t even cover the whole window. Parking lot had cigarette butts and broken glass.

Very dirty place. Found bedbugs on the walking around, brought the issue to the management proof of video and live bug in the cup. But they refused to cooperate and refund the amount. DO NOT BOOK at THIS PLACE. Expedia did not help out too.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. It was a terrible way to end our vacation, and it was the most stressful and unpleasant night of the trip. I am requesting a refund from Expedia due to the lack of security, false information, and cleanliness. This place should not be listed on Expedia, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. It was not safe at all. First of all, I had booked in the hotel, not a motel, because all the pictures on Expedia's website made it look nice and well-kept. But when we got there, it was a terrible surprise. The front desk was disgusting, and the staff rude. I was very scared because I was alone with my kids. The room was filthy. The door felt unsafe and we saw bugs on the bed. I had brought my own sheets and put them on the pillows, but I couldn’t sleep all night because I was very worried. There were people in the room next to us shouting about bedbugs, The bathroom was disgusting, the tub has a hole taped and there were big ants walking on the floor. The worst part was that I felt completely unsafe. The environment was chaotic, with people shouting, drinking, and the smell of drugs in the air. One drunk man was holding a bottle and circling around. I was afraid to leave my room. they charged me $148.76 It was completely overrated, and I felt scammed. The actual condition of the motel was far from what was advertised. It was clear that the pictures on the website were either outdated or heavily edited to make the place look better

The first room had no bedsheets on the second bed (sofa bed), just a stained mattress. The bathroom door appeared not to be cleaned and with what looked like bloodstains amongst other grime. The main door had a chain on the door but no latch on the wall!!!! When I reported this, the receptionist offered me a second room. Different issues in this room. Water dripping from the bathroom ventilation fan and water all over the bathroom floor, a falls hazard. Mold on the ceiling. The whole room had a strong, unpleasant odour. TV not working (no service) and the buttons on the remote control were all scratched off. Telephone in the room not working, no dial tone. The bedroom door was difficult to properly latch and unable to verify if locked from the outside once you are in the room since there was no deadlock or button on the handle. The réponse of the receptionist? I’m being difficult for the cheapest room in the city! I paid $178 and I expect a half decent room that respect health and safety standards!

Washing roof is leaking water from upstairs. Room reals of some chemical smell. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Our room which we first got was not at all clean there were stuff in the drawers and then when we went for complaining their cleaning staff was drinking alcohol and beers which was so disgusting to us. We got the other room but that was also not upto the mark and we were even not provided with proper toiletries.

The place was not in living condition. There was blood on the comforter, on the towels. The mirror was broken and there was a second mirror in the bathroom that was dirty. The shower head had pink residue on it and the bathtub seemed to broken and repaired with duct tape. I would not recommend this place even if you have to pay double the price. I booked the room for 2 nights because I participated in the boucle videotron. I only noticed the mess in the room as I was busy eating and preparing my bike for the next day. The reception was closed at midnight and only opened at 8. I had to leave for 7 for the ride and they would not refund me after I completed the ride. Imagine riding 6 hours on a bike without showering properly.

You pay for what you get...

There was lots of very hot water. Room was clean. Advertised as a non smoking premises which was completely untrue! The parking lot had rows of chairs blocking the sidewalks and butts all over the ground with clusters of smokers hanging around everywhere. In the evening the hallway reeked of marijana and in the morning it stunk of cigarette smoke. Cannot recommend despite the clean room.

Nice and affordable place to stay, it would be great if they could include a restaurant in their place to have a fast breakfast or lunch.

Very good and neat rooms

I had to stay up for more than 30 minutes to find someone to serve me. the room was horrible and there was a cigar smell in the room. I had to buy my own disinfectant to get through the night.

I stay at this Motel every 3-4 months when visiting Quebec, it's ok and very reasonable pricing.

It can be more clean: the chair, the ground.... The bathroom was good

A little removed from Quebec City's center and tourist areas but perfect location if you have a vehicle as it connects to all the roads that lead to points of interest. Plus the staff was very nice

Absolutely filthy. Many areas not cleaned in our room. Floor is literally rotting.

It was ok nothing special not good not bad either. Just a cheap place to stay and get up and go the next day.

Let's be clear out of the gate. This was a discount room, so you shouldn't expect it to equal the Marriott, but it had everything you'd get there; fridge, stove, sink, micro, plus iron, hair dryer, full size coffee maker and dishes. There were a few things needing minor attention. Very pleased and highly recommend when you're in Ottawa. 👍

It was reasonable for the price. You have your own bathroom connecting to the bedroom.
