Good - free coffee + happy hour in the bar. Good - friendly staff Not awful but not good- space to open suitcases with lack of wardrobe/drawers meaning living out of cases. Breakfast - this is an unfair criticism due to coronovirus restrictions the buffet was disappointing. The location was good as it was just a short walk from the nearest exit with lift. The room was nice too. We were able to open the window to let cold air in as it got really stuffy after a while if the window remains closed. The bed was the most comfortable during our trip when I compared to the hotels we stayed in other cities. I also like the breakfast spread.

The location is great, close to the stations and near the action. We came for the snow festival and Odori Park is very close, this made it easy to go see both the Odori and Susukino site. I recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sapporo and want a nice clean hotel, like all hotels in Japan the room is small so this is nice for a couple, no more than 2 people.

Near by the tourist shopping spot,very kind staff, coffee and tea are free at the lobby in certain period. Free different kind of bath salt also at the lobby for the guest to use in the room. Free flow lounge drinks for 1 hour if u join as a member. Room is quite big. The only thing is the room is so hot and cannot adjust the temperature just can twist to low medium or high but still so hot.

Though the small room but nice service. Happy hour for free drink is superb. A little souvenir for guest is cute. Close to shopping area. Parking is convenient.

Everything was generally good except for the last morning when I was denied entry to breakfast, arriving at 9.40am. Yes the coupon says 9.30am last entry with service opened till 10am. I explained that I was just 10mins, Im in a rush and will definitely be out by 10am. Or can I take some bread and eat elsewhere? No no no no, no better suggestion except sorry a hundred times. I spoke to front desk, wasnt better, not very customer friendly or smart. Such a small thing, it ended my stay at WBF Sapporo Chuo very poorly. Why dont they just change the timing and say everything closes at 9.30am? I will NEVER stay at a WBF hotel again.

I believe the issue is that the hotel let the guest smoke near the car waiting area (which is connected to the automated car park) and often let the door between the car waiting area and the lobby. This really makes it unbearable for those collecting their cars and who are waiting at the lobby. Other than this, it was a great stay. The rooms are clean. The bunk beds (for the 4-bedder rooms) are great with the kids even though the rooms are not too big. Kids love the balt salt counter near the reception.

食堂の雰囲気が、used品を上手に組み合わせており、好みでした。ただ、部屋のWi-FiがiPhoneの設定のせいか、夫婦のスマホ2台とも繋がりませんでした。全体的には落ち着いた雰囲気で良かったです。

The room layout was good for my large family. It was clean and comfortable with additional WC and separate shower and bath area, More of us can get ready together. Location was convenient to walk around Sapporo city. I will use this hotel again when I return. I just wasn’t sure about the child surcharge for child over 7 years old, but paid for it anyway.

The room was very clean. The location is so good. You can walk to shopping center in 5 minutes or even less!

Location is easy access to everything and overall conditions is good. They only thing i would suggest is a self serve laundry room.

I'm satisfied

This is a compact, straightforward hotel, perfect for staying in a big city. It does everything well, without needing to pay top dollar for high end extras. The extras are all outside. Just around the corner is an elevator that takes you underground to the subway shopping and train systems; such that you can walk all the way from JR Sapporo to the hotel out of the weather. The shops and restaurants in this part of the city meet every taste. Being a stones throw from the fish market is also excellent.

Service is fantastic, some staff speak perfect English. They offer a shampoo bar, where you can choose to try a different shampoo/conditioner pair from the standard one offered in the room. Membership is free, and members get late check out and free drinks in the evening.

Great place to stay in Sapporo, location is very convenient and close to the action in Susukino. Our room was a bit small and is already showing its age but was always cleaned properly by the housekeeping. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

A simple but yet comfy hotel.Convinient location .service also good and friendly .

The layout of the room creates few areas to put/open your luggage. The air conditioner is centrally control and only allows off, low, medium and high settings. At the time of my stay, the air coming out is warm. Making the room quite warm and a bit uncomfortable.

The whole room was clean. The bed was enormous and comfy. The pillows were good. The bathtub was deep enough to soak in. The AC worked great. The location was near bus stops, subway stations, and not too far from an airport bus stop, as well as near a bus terminal for traveling around Hokkaido, and a multitude of shops and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that there were no daily drinks included in the fridge, but at that point its the epitome of nitpicking. Im not sure I could do better for a hotel in Sapporo for the price-range.
