Had a wonderful and pleasant stay polite staff very polite and accomodating close walkable to the the view of the 3 falls great food and bar options on site and nearby casino convenient stores and more food options

Loved the location. Walkable to Niagara State Park. Goat Island and other attractions. Front desk agent was wonderful. Janata (sp?) Was very informative and very helpful. Great breakfast place is called Spot, which is very close to the hotel. Hotel can give you 10% discount coupon that you could use. Delicious food at reasonable prices. The only reason i gave 4* for service was we got no servicing of the room first day. We talked to the front desk. Next day, just towels but the bed wasn't made. 3 nights we stayed, we got clean towels only on one day. Bed was never made. Make sure you understand room servicing schedule. The hotel is nice and you will enjpy being very close to Niagara.

The system was down upon arrival. After a very long day of travel we arrived and were unable to get checked in. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get us into a room. After getting to our room we noticed an odd musty odor. The pillows and sheets smelled like mildew. The sheets and towels were so scratchy and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel clean at all. The hotel does have an amazing restaurant. The food was outstanding. But honestly I was so glad we only had to stay there for 1 night. I would have found a different hotel otherwise.

Was expecting a much higher end hotel, with space and comfort. Rooms were small not even enough room for a sofa, only a single chair. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean, with a newish decor. No closet, and the door to the mini fridge and microwave were blocked by the sliding bathroom door when it was open. Not much space to store luggage either, fortunately there was a drawer on either side of the bed underneath. The hotel was only three floors, no good views of the city or anywhere near the falls. Staff was not always available at the front desk.

It was okay, not sure why they charged us an extra 19.95. Also the one small trash can was very small

Close the the falls, did the job. Room smelled of bleach.

No window, although otherwise announced. Rude receptionist in the evening of Oct. 13th. Endless wait at breakfast.

The room was not as clean as expected for this hotel. Our room was not made up on the second day and housekeeping staff was not helpful at all. There is a strong unpleasant odor in the hallway anobby. Further, youhave a rodent problem with mice in the lobby. Lastly, the historic tax should be explained during booking intead of a surprise at checkout.
