Very dirty Rooms. Stained Pillows. Smelly rooms. Had to wake up in middle of night after feeling some bites. Worst night mare came true after seeing 2 big bed bugs scrolling on our bed. Felt real bad and disgusting. Lost sleep whole night after seeing these bugs.No Iron box or table.No hair drier.They posted FREE Morning Breakfast while booking hotel. But what we got was one old muffin and a glass of orange juice. Thats all what they served.Not sure how even this hotel was approved to function. Very Very Bad Experience.

My family had a wonderful stay at the Avenue Motel. We loved the rooms on grade (no stairs to climb) and quick access to get things in and out of the car. The manager was very nice and even helped us trouble shoot the lock on the hot tub room one evening. The room was sparkling clean, warm and the beds were comfortable with with soft sheets.

It was a short stay but enjoyable. No real issues. For the price it was worth it.

Most of the amenities are very old. Has breakfast but just muffins, orange juice and coffee.

This was by far the dirtiest and nastiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. My wife, myself, and our 3yr old son needed a cheap room for the night as Leavenworth was completely booked.I knew the place wasnt going to be great, but it was down right disgusting. When we checked in, the key cards were sticky and dirty and the lady said it was just the cleaning solution they used. Gross! Then when we got in the room, it was filthy. The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor, reared of smoke (was a non smoking room), and the beds were still messed up from the previous guest. To top it off, there was a huge ball of human hair on the floor and half eaten food all over the fridge. When I complained to the office, the lady just shrugged her shoulders and said her cleaning person must have not had time. She then gave me a new room and never offered anything in the way of an apology. I asked for a discount or money off, and she said no it was policy. She would not even give me my money back so we could find a new hotel elsewhere and said we were past cancellation.I feel so dirty having stayed there....The only upside was the bed was moderately comfortable... Although even the new room stunk like old musty unwashed bedding.

Conveniently located near the Convention Centre, it was a decent motel in a pinch. You get what you pay for. The room was clean but run-down, but perfectly adequate for a motel for a few days. The continental breakfast is a Costco muffin and orange juice.

The room was dirty. Garbage and food was left from the previous tenant. The TV was too small. The beds were so UNCOMFORTABLE that you could not sleep on them.

Went to visit family and stayed at the Avenue Motel. This was our second stay, but our first for this length of time. The management is doing a lot of work, but the room still needed to be updated badly. The carpet was worn, the pillows were hard, and the continental breakfast consists of a muffin. Considering the prices for other places in the area, tho, it was fine.

The room was spacious. Bathroom had a good size shower, but no bathtub. Room was pretty dated, but the bed was good. Refrigerator was not cold.

Next door occupants screaming fight at 5:30am was not pleasant to be woken by; at least it ended quickly. Pool looked very clean.

Our stay was not even worth the cheap price we paid at this motel. The pillows were almost non existent, the shower was grungy, and the breakfast was ridiculous.

I thought the room was clean, spacious and the staff was nice and helpful. breakfast was limited to muffins and oj but fresh.
